Very bad service for customer request, I called to fix tv remocon but they come to fix it after 2 hours and after 3 times calling again. Hotel restaurant breakfast service is very good, the service maid help to bread and strawberry jam with coffee evenif i went there late

Very poor mind of service crew
Very poor mind of service crew. when I asked to fix tv and even soap, they came to fix and bring soap after 2 hours after calling 2~3 times. It was crazy when bell boy asked my friend's id not by security. Hotel manager did something other work even though he watched such crazy system. I will never visit this crazy hotel. They asked late check out charge when i asked 20~30 mins late check out, evenif they late service 2 hours without any apology.
