Room and bed are cleaned well and morning breakfast is served also good. But ventilation is not good. Doesn't have any air conditioner so room is filled with hot air when checked in. Hotel is closed to road so that buzzing vehicles noise comes into window over night make me hard to sleep. Electric hot pot is served with stain inside so there's no way to make tea in the room.

We only stayed for one night because we was attending a wedding near by, the hotel is very clean and modern it was ideal for us. The breakfast is good and cooked fresh

Reasonably close to the CBD of Exeter and the Quay area. Sufficient car parking on property. Very good choices for breakfast in light filled room. TV with normal range of BBC and commercial channels worked well. Being on the top floor made it difficult with our bags. Close to shopping including laundromat.

the bed was very soft, I sank into the bed. the shower stand/handle was broken and i had to hold the shower head with one hand.

Staff were friendly. Cooked breakfast was lovely! Stayed in room 1, could hear people walking up and down stairs. However it was a comfortable stay!

The room was huge! The bed was very comfortable & despite being on a busy road it was quiet. It’s a creaky building though so if you’re a light sleeper noisy floorboards might annoy you. Check in was easy. I did struggle getting all my luggage up 2 flights of stairs though so don’t bring anything heavy! There were dining options within easy walking distance. Breakfast was great, plenty of options & good quality bacon. The small issue was dealt with swiftly & efficiently. My only little gripes were there was no water glass, soap dish or shower mat in my executive room which would’ve been helpful. Otherwise an enjoyable stay & I would definitely come back.

Walking distance to Exeter, the Hotel was clean but had limited facilities. It had blinds rather than curtains, which did not allow all the light to be shut out. Raod was noisy but not unbearable.

This is a very basic hotel on a busy road leading into Exeter. No food or snacks available, as a diabetic that was worrying. Despite difficulty to walk my room was on the third floor, no lift, no assistance to get to my room. The overbath shower had very poor pressure. No batap available, slipped getting out of the bed. A redeeming feature was the breakfast, presented with a menu, food freshly cooked, good quality items served. Waitresses were excellent as there was no staff manning the reception. A tale of 2 differences poor room against good breakfast. Would I stay there again ? I would prefer to sleep in my car.?

Great place to stay. The only issue was a lot of noise throughout night with guests slamming doors but thats not really a reflection on the hotel its self. Clean and comfortable rooms, great selection at breakfast. Room cleaned daily. Great free parking onsite which is a bonus. Would book again and recomend

What great value for money. Very clean and well appointed. Spotless bedroom and well equipped. Breakfast was quick and well down. Very happy with all aspects of our stay including free parking at the back of the hotel.
