I had a bad experience for this stay. They gave me a wrong code for the room. The communication was bad. Took them almost half an hour to respond. Someone tried to open my room because they got a wrong room number when they booked.

Overall the property is a step above sleeping in a car. Barely. Thin walls means you can hear every conversation and makes it impossible to get decent rest. If you like hearing people having sex, its great for you. The bed itself is uncomfortable and the pillows are terrible. The "host" is never there, the rules are not enforced, other guests leave the security door open constantly. The area was dirty, litered with trash. ***The "Hotel" is being foreclosed*** there was a posted sign on the gate saying so.

Please, do NOT book this nightmare. Before making a reservation, read the reviews carefully. The check-in process was a complete disaster. When we arrived, we had no access information to enter the room. We tried knocking on the door, and someone from inside the building started yelling at us aggressively. We attempted to contact the host (Solemne) through phone and chat, but no one ever responded. This feels like a complete scam, and I honestly don’t understand how Expedia allows this kind of listing on their platform. Avoid at all costs.

The towels were super cheap. They could definitely afford nicer and durable towels. The bed was really uncomfortable and one of the pillows looked yellow. The parking around there was terrible. And it’s dorm like living facility. Meaning you share the kitchen with other people. With a bit more money I’ll be more comfortable at a hotel.

Terrible lugar y peligroso

En la entrada intentaron asaltarme, tardaron en darme la información y que lamentable que hotel.com no quiso reubicarme, ya que según ellos no es una razón suficiente, solo faltó que me pidieran reporte de policía y lesiones para confirmar estúpidos!

Appalled and Exhausted: Worst Stay Ever!

The WORST experience ever! Booked this place and received email confirmations. It’s my fault that I didn’t actually open the emails before arriving, as I was traveling and assumed access instructions were included. Never assume! We arrived to the building late. Couldn’t figure out how to get in. Checked confirmation emails, one of which said I would be receiving instructions within 24 hours. Sent message to the host via the app. As our property is self check-in, we need to pre-authorize damage deposit before your stay. The booking platform do not pre-authorize deposit from their platform. Thus, could you please provide us the following information for our further process? Cardholder’s name: Card card number: Expiry Date: CVC code: Postal code: We will send you the check-in details on your arrival date once we confirm the pre-authorized deposit is hold. Thank you! Your Host I was APPALLED and LIVID! Shouldn’t this have been conveyed when I initially booked? We were tired and it was late. We booked elsewhere for the night. Next day, we got access code which didn’t work. They sent another code, still didn’t work. Finally gave us another room with code that worked. After almost 2 hours. The photos of the living room and laundry area make you assume they are included within the same unit in which you’re staying, however, they are communal areas. Mattress terrible, hard and loud. Room semi clean. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again!
