I booked connecting rooms and that was not given to me. If I didn’t say anything they wouldn’t even bother to give that extra room. I had to be separated with my family.

新しいホテルなので設備が綺麗です。
ダブルルームはそれなりに広くて快適でした。
フロアの部屋はエレベーターを取り囲むように配置されているので、エレベーターを降りたらすぐ部屋に行けるのがいいです。
田町駅・三田駅からもそんなに遠くはないです。

チェックイン前後の荷物預かりができない
ペンシルビルにワンルームを詰め込んだようなホテル。今回の滞在ではチェックイン前に荷物を預かるスペースがないと言われ、田町駅にも大型ロッカーの空きがなかったため、一日中スーツケースを２つ（合計20㎏以上）引きずりながら行動することとなった。チェックイン前後の荷物預かりはホテルの基本サービスの1つだと思っているので、☆１つ。受付もしばしば循環中で電話で呼び出す必要があるなど、不便が多い。
