Me encantó el hotel. Muy elegante. Nos recibieron con champaña y todas las mañanas dejaban chocolates en la mesita de noche. The staff super amigables y amables. La habitación muy hermosa, la cama muy confortable. En fin toda nuestra estadía fue mas que espectacular!

Lovely hotel & staff. The balcony & honestly bar are a real treat. Breakfast was god but a bit confusing as I opted for the full English which meant I didn’t get any of the continental breakfast. A bit odd.

Very nice boutique hotel in Chelsea. Well located minutes from Kings Road. They moved us the afternoon we arrived to a different room, even though they were short staffed due to a strike in London. Recommended

The service was outstanding from arrival to departure. We had a lovely room and enjoyed the special Penhaligon’s products in the bathroom. Breakfast service was flexible and we could enjoy the start of the day also on the amazing rooftop terrace in the sun.

We stayed here after our wedding. I really can't speak highly enough about how helpful the staff were and how much they did to make out stay special. Our stay was brief so we didn't have a chance to use the amenities like the beautiful roof top bar or breakfast. The room was stunning and felt very individually styled.

The service was extraordinary, well beyond what could be expected. Simon at the reception helped our elderly parents throughout the stay and literally made it memorable for them. Extremely nice, helpful and smart. Thank you, Simon. We will be back, and in great part because of Simon and the group. Of course location is amazing and so is the hotel itself.
