This is a very nice property, and I recommend it, with some cautions. Two reasons it didn't get 5 stars:
We had to switch rooms three times -- the first two rooms were adjoining with another room, and both had families with small children, who were screaming and shrieking. It was so bad, especially for two adults who wanted to get away for some peace and quiet. Importantly, the front desk staff made it right, and our last two nights were peaceful. I don't know the solution to this -- but maybe trying if possible to put families with children on the lower floors and keeping certain floors more adults would be a good idea. I know it's not possible to make a hard and fast rule, but most adults I know don't want to be in rooms next to screeching, crying children on a vacation.
The rooms were very nice and clean -- except the balconies are very dirty, so my feet were black when I walked back into the room (we always take our shoes off). So I'd recommend asking housekeeping to mop or sweep the balcony.
