The boutique was in a great location a short walk from the Rialto Bridge and minutes away from San Marco square. It was clean and very well maintained, the staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful. We found this to be a hidden gem and were very pleased with our choice.

Super beliggenhed. Super flot værelse. Fint og rent. Dejligt badeværelse, små shampooer mm ☺️ Eneste minus var at der er billeder af en terrasse som der kun er adgang til fra et værelse. Ellers super flot og kan klart anbefale :)

The location of this property was indeed convenient to move around. Everything was great, especially staff member Marco, who was really helpful and patient with our questions. A point to note is that this property is not suitable for elderly people to stay, as there are no lifts to your room. Reception is not available 24/7, and there is no sitting area in the property to chill out but we will still return if we go back to Vernice again. This time, we will request a room at the same level as the reception desk.

So, nice location near the Rialto but no reception, restaurant , bar.. room extremely small even by European standards, shower was 2x2 feet could not move, no real windows and no emergency exit… felt trap and claustrophobic, still love Venice…

Schönes, kleines Zimmer mit eigener Dachterrasse. Und tollem Blick über die Dächer der Stadt. Zentral gelegen, sauber, einfacher Kontakt und Prosecco im Kühlschrank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Room was very clean & bright Bathroom also. Terrace had a problem when we arrived due to overnight storms, so we couldn't check in at 2pm we had to wait until 3pm. There is rather a larger TV above the safe & mini bar (which was free) water & Prosecco. Tea & coffee provided which is behind the TV so hard to reach. Small hanging area but nowhere to put underwear or T shirts or small pieces from suitcase. Does need a small set of drawers. Also bathroom has no shelf as such to put toiletries, make up, hair accessories etc.. The room we had was top of the building, with no lift and 60+ stairs to climb, way too many for us both really, a stop halfway was needed, good job was only for 2 nights. In our 70's. Communication from the hotel via WhatsApp was excellent, very informative & helpful, answered any Q's we had. A lovely hotel, very clean, but the Stairs & lack of space to unpack items is why i only rate this as good.
