I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, the staff efficient and friendly. For a solo traveller who only needs a bed and a shower this ticked all the boxes. Priced competitively also. Overall no complaints from me and worthy of four stars.

I was faced with a 200 euro deposit for my 4 day stay which was not made clear upon booking I only had 260 spends so I was restricted to 60 pound for 4 days the room was basic and clean u got way u paid for it was nothing special I wont be staying there again

Not a good hotel. The staff does not speak English. Had to leave the property before the term of one week ended due to very poor room and customer service. The tap in the bathroom was dripping, used multiple towels to block the noise to be able to sleep. The room was not cleaned once, the bathroom already had some used tissues in the bin. The breakfast small packed box was left in the bed in the middle of the afternoon the day before. No customer service at all. Nor other guests. The hotel was like a ghost town. There was no one around to assist with any question, customer service, Nothing. I complained to Hotel.com as they should not be associated with such a property. I do not recommend anyone to stay there until they get some member of staff to fix the place and provide customer service.

Awful hotel, DO NOT STAY HERE While the staff are very helpful and friendly, the room is full of bugs and my shower was half broken, When a hotel has the name ‘bed and breakfast’ I imagined a hot food buffet, not 2 slices of pre packed cake and 2 warm juice boxes. I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Benidorm and this is by far the worst of the lot.

While the hotel was ok,was not happy with the breakfast. It was not a sit down breakfast in a dining room. It was just a couple of rolls, a soft drink and a coffee sachet left in our room the night before.

Todo bastante bien excepto el desayuno. Pone que viene incluido y que es continental, pero no es así. Todos los días se nos daba en una bolsa un zumo, con dulce (bollo de leche, sobaditos, chocolatinas..) y café soluble, sin opción a leche ni a algo más saludable. Para ello, no pongáis que el desayuno está incluido porque la verdad, uno llega allí, lo ve, y se decepciona. Por lo demás, acogedor y el personal agradable.

No info was given about having to pay a deposit on arrival €200 and not given any receipts Room was clean on entry, not once did we get fresh towels Had to ask about the breakfast, as it states bed and breakfast.. We were given a bag containing a small cake, carton of juice and some sugar. No tea or coffee? Trying to get a late check out was a nightmare, staff disappeared regularly and when they were on the desk they didn't want to help or gave attitude when asked about anything..

I wasn’t expecting a great deal but this still fell far below expectations. Breakfast was delivered in a bag the night before, the staff were not helpful or friendly, quite frankly that didn’t seem interesting in being either. I got bit loads in the bed and saw a little silver like bug which wasn’t a good sign towards how clean the place was. When I arrived I was told I had to pay €200 cash deposit which was supposed to be refunded after the stay and it never did. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It wasn’t even worth the value of money and I ended up paying €200 more for it. Awful!!
