Clean room but smelled of cigarettes eventhough it is non smoking hotel. Secondary smoke from parking lot ? Helpful staff and security parking. Close to freeway. No phone in the room so you have to go down to talk with staff. AC is hard to get right.

The staff was very courteous. The bed was comfortable but the rest of the room left something to be desired. The heat/AC was incredibly loud. The bathtub was dirty and there was hair (not mine) in multiple places. With road noise and police sirens every hour there was no sleep to be had.

The hotel is extremely noisy, the freeway is literally right there but it didn’t seem to have any noise blocking at all, it was a miserable nights sleep. The rooms are clean but the noise was almost unbearable.

I didn’t expect much from this place. In fact I didn’t really much care the price was cheap and I needed a place to sleep because I had to work nearby. The pictures implied some sense of cleanliness that did not exist. The guy at the front counter insisting I read the notice about cleaning fees if I dirtied their towels. Told him I’m just here to sleep and go back to work, still made me read it. The “manager special” paint job that looked like it was on its 30th layer of paint. The wall texture overspray on all the base boards. The toilet so close to the wall you have to lean sideways. The toilet paper dispenser so close to the toilet you have to lean back. The crowning issue was being awoken at 3:48 in the morning because my tv Turned on and started playing gay porn. I’m not gay but I have near photographic memory so now that’s seared into my brain. Thanku for that.

Horrible place don't recommend. Arriving i.was told there is no hot showers. There was no phone, there was no water pressure. I went to work in the wee hours only to come back to room at 10:30 am and the hotel manager had already deactivated key. I asked him why and he did not answer me. Instead he chose to walk me to the room while he scrutinized the room. I felt like I had 30 more minutes but he wouldn't leave. So I got no shower before having to leave. Don't stay here. They are super over board with the charges and the watching.

I enjoyed my stay, it was quiet and nice but I am not sure if my room or all rooms have no hot water, I wanted to take a nice bath and the water was lukewarm barely warm.. but overall clean and comfortable hotel

I do not recommend this place to any one. Staff were nice but thats it. The first room we entered smell of cigarette was killing. Bathroom sink outdated & rusty, tub was very dirty. Fridge terribly dirty & the door had finger marks from God knows how many previous guests. Inside it wasn't much more better either. Dirty Couch. The worst was the bed situation. As soon as I pulled the blanket to get in bed noticed the sheets weren't changed. There were many hairs in different sizes on the sheets, some small stuff as well. One of the pillows was dirty & seemed like foot steps on it. It was clear bedding weren't chaged. There were no phone in the room that we could contact front desk. So had to walk down and it was almost 12am informed the front desk & she offered to change our room. We checked next room but wasn't much different. I got in disgusted mood and wasn't ready to take a risk to sleep in that bed. They didn't offer us refund although we informed front desk that we will leave and there is no way can sleep in this dirty bedding. I had to contact expedia to handle this situation. unfortunately as it was late night no hotel accepted us for late check in. We drove 8 hrs and was exhausted & now no place to stay. Front desk lady told us will talk to the owner/management tomorrow and they will contact us. However, we never received any call nor explanation from that hotel. This was the worst hotel in my life and in my travel history.
