Heba & Radwa at reception were amazing and went over and above to help us with all requests. Our driver Youssef is the best driver in Cairo . Mohamed and Akram our tour guides were also very knowledgeable and helpful. The rest of the team ( Mahmoud & Ahmed ) were also very helpful. We highly Recommend staying here as they do go over and above to make your stay pleasant. The location is close to the pyramids and good value for your money.

Muy buena atencion por parte de Ahmed, muy servicia y esforzandose por hablar español. Solo sieven desayunos, pero cerca hay varias opciones para comer y cenar.

I do not recommend this hotel. We arrived exhausted late at night, and before we were even allowed to go to our room, the receptionist tried to push tour packages on us. The room itself was only average, but the bathroom boiler made a loud, bizarre noise while heating water. Worse, there is zero soundproofing. You can hear every conversation from the hallways and reception as if people are standing right inside your room, and doors slam constantly. To make matters worse, the woman at breakfast was very rude to us and was shouting at the kitchen staff. Lastly, despite advertising "included parking" they told us to just find a spot on the street. The only saving grace is that most of the other staff are gentle and kind, but it is not worth it.

The room is very clean and new. Near the entrance of King Khufu’s piramid, 20 minute’s walk. I enjoyed Egyptian breakfast with Nice view from roof.

camera pulita , doccia che spruzzava da tutte le parti, set del caffe in camera di prima mattiana assente, si doveva tutte le sere chidere esplicitamente di fornirlo (senza pretese solamente nescaffe e zucchere, come i biccieri. mai disponibili , ristorante non operativo, nel terrazzo sulla vasca irdromassaggio escrementi di gatti che tutte le notti avevano preso la vasca come latrina personale,colazione scarsa , bisognava chiedere adirittuta i bicchieri, personale gentile ma assultamnete non preparato,nemmeno con il traduttore in arabo egiziano e inglese si ruisciva ad intedersi, accesso alla struttura al piano 5 abbastanza inquitante. ecc. Tutti comunque gentili ma non preparati, considerando che siamo persone asslutamnete non esigenti

Hard to locate entrance. On the right side- with other business. Not much sound proofing and the water heater kept making noise. Room was spacious and location super convienient to get to Pyramids and GEM. 30mins from Spinx but very far from Old Cairo and some tour do not pick at the location.
