An excellent stay in a beautifully decorated, well furnished and clean apartment that had everything needed for my stay. The air conditioning was welcoming due to the temperature outside at the time. Friendly staff on the desk who were happy to help with requests or information about the area. Cleaning crew were lovely too. It also has a nice coffee shop below if you haven’t had time to make yourself one in the apartment coffee machine in before you head out. Definitely worth the money! I will book here next time I’m in London.

Amazing hotel. Probably one of the best I have stayed in recently. Everything is clean and modern. Extremely comfortable beds with excellent bathroom and kitchenette. The sheets were also so soft and amazing. Staff were kind and welcoming. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks again!

This aparthotel was a lovely place to make our base from for a trip away in central London last weekend. Check-in was easy and straight forward and the reception staff are super friendly and helpful. We arrived and were informed they had given us a complementary room upgrade to an apartment suite. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully renovated and the bed was possibly one of the comfiest beds we've stayed in for a long time. We will absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Location is great and the rooms are all modern, spotless and comfortable. The beds are huge and incredibly comfortable. The reception staff are lovely, really friendly and very helpful and the pantry area for snacks and emergency items is a great idea. If I had one piece of feedback it would just be that it would be useful to have some instructions for things like the aircon and boiling water tap but I would definitely stay there again.

The room was stylish and spacious and the air con was great. The bed was ridiculously comfortable - really good night’s sleep. However the bathroom design is awful. It desperately needs better - or frankly any - lighting. You can’t see your face in the mirror - even with all available lights on. The kitchenette was handy too but the microwave wasn’t intuitive - and there are no instructions handy. You just have to guess and hope for the best. And it’s very high up. I’m 6’5 and it was still a bit too high for me. Overall looks great but I’m not sure it was designed for anyone who has ever actually needed to stay in hotel or apartment before.

Pleasant room, everything was very new. A few issues in the room (I wont list here but am happy to discuss with the business if they wish) which prevent a 5 star review. Could be great with a few tweaks.

Stayed for four nights on a business trip. I did not realize that an entire floor of the "apartments" are in the basement - meaning no windows whatsoever. For 4 days, that was just too long. The staff did accommodate and move my room to a first floor room. The room seems to have been solely designed for men - there was not a single outlet that reached a mirror (curling iron, hair dryer, etc) and the bathroom only had a shaver outlet. The set up and colors are generally drab in a darkish setting due to the lighting - so honestly, I would stay at Citizen M again before here because although the rooms are compact at M, there is so much more light and views. Personal choice, I suppose. No A/C in "meeting rooms" nor in the very small work out space. In sum - this place is okay - and certainly centrally located for business, but not a favorite.

Um local precioso para se hospedar, pra quem já conhece Londres e quer desfrutar mais tranquilo dessa cidade linda e agradável!! Pra nó , esse hotel agregou segurança estabilidade de locomoção( perto da linha de metrô) e distanciamento de multidões!! Perfeito!
