I paid the landlord the money through Expedia for a 2 night reservation, but he delayed in sending me the address of the property. I took a taxi to the area where the property was located expecting to hear from him, but he did not contact me. In the meantime, I waited in the area standing with my suitcase in hand and as it became darker and darker and later and later, I became concerned for my safety so I rented another property for the night.
After I finally heard back from the landlord that night, I complained about the delay, but he responded “no refunds.”
I suggest that you consider the situation that this landlord put me through before you send this landlord any money!
