Passamos 03 dias maravilhosos. Tudo novinho, limpo, organizado, perfeito. Todo equipado, com os utensílios necessários, material de limpeza, garagem, os profissionais além de muito competentes, muito receptivos. Próximo da praia, com piscina e academia. Na minha próxima ida p Salvador voltarei a me hospedar lá. Parabéns a todos os envolvidos.

O custo benefício com base no que foi pago super valeu a pena, paguei um valor inferior a 150 por diária. A localização do flat é perfeita, próximo à praia, bares, lanchonetes... a região aparentemente não é perigosa. Com relação ao quarto, achei ele pequeno, é tudo milimetricamente contado, se abrir o guarda-roupa ninguém consegue passar para varanda, a cama fica num canto que só consegue sair por um mesmo lado. Inclusive a cama estava muito barulhenta, não desconfortável, mas qualquer movimento para se levantar ela fazia um barulho desproporcional. Já sobre o prédio achei ótimo, tudo organizado, cara de recém entregue. O único ponto de melhoria foi a piscina, estava muuuittoooo gelada!! Não consegui passar mais que 15 minutos dentro dela, como ela fica no alto acredito que a água não esquenta durante o dia, então ela estava o tempo inteiro muito gelada. Nos 3 dias que fiquei lá, ela estava bem gelada em todos. Então só aproveitei a área das mesas que também fica no terraço e tem uma ótima vista e mesas com cadeiras confortáveis. A academia também está de parabéns, muito bem equipada, com uma ótima vista. Mas poderiam rever o ar-condicionado que não gela e a porta de entrada que está enferrujada e emperrada. Como falei no início, super valeu a pena considerando o valor que paguei.

Chegamos pontualmente as 14h para fazer o check in no studio, mas ainda estavam limpando. Esperamos cerca de 45 minutos para podermos entrar. O quarto estava com um cheiro bem forte de cigarro/fumaça/tinta fresca (não conseguimos identificar. Tem uma varada para armar rede, mas os armadores não são chumbados na parede. Somente são parafusados. Um risco enorme de queda, já que os parafusos estavam frouxos. No mais, studio é bacana, academia e piscina muito bons. Proximo a praia e aeroporto.
