Condiciones regulares
El Hotel es conveniente por su cercanía al Mar, pero le falta mantenimiento , la tina del baño muy vieja y en medianas condiciones , la llave de agua del zinc vieja , oxidada.

Once a Family Gem, Now a Party Zone – Disappointed
We’ve been visiting Estero Beach Hotel in Ensenada, Baja California, since around 2019, and back then, it was a family-friendly oasis. The hotel had this calm, cool, and tranquil vibe—a safe, serene environment perfect for a family getaway. We immediately fell in love and returned multiple times, but sadly, our last two visits have been quite disappointing. The atmosphere has shifted dramatically. The once family-oriented hotel now feels more like a party zone, with rowdy guests taking over. Groups hang out by the jacuzzi, drinking, yelling, and cursing loudly, with no regard for families or children nearby. It’s not just the noise, but it’s honestly gross; hours go by without anyone leaving for a restroom break, making you wonder if the jacuzzi is actually clean. It’s disappointing and disturbing, and unfortunately, the hotel staff doesn’t intervene. They seem indifferent to the chaos. The rooms, once charming with their “old-world” decor, now just feel outdated and in need of an upgrade. The furniture, lighting, bathrooms, and decor all show their age. During our last stay, our toilet made a strange, whistling noise after each flush, and while the bed was clean, the room didn’t feel particularly fresh overall. The balcony had cracks in the concrete, clearly needing repairs. We have a lot of fond memories of Estero Beach, but given the recent experiences, it feels like it’s no longer the peaceful retreat we once loved.

Loved our stay here! The AC broke in our room and when I reported it they changed our room immediately. The service was very responsive and our stay was pleasant and peaceful. The pool is great, along with the private beach. We will come back!

So much potential
Needs Upgrades in rooms and grounds... there is so much potential in this property... it is a shame to not utilitze it . The rooms all need modern upgrading or referblsh back to the original which could be quaint as well but seems they have done neither... the bathroom is in need of complete overhaul starting with plumbing and water system being self contained and cleaned enough to drink to the showers and toilets to being a new hilton or 4 seasons bathroom style.

2/10 Poor

***!!!*** WARNING ***!!*** This property bathrooms disperse salt water and shut off intermittently ***!!!*** WARNING ***!!*** Stayed here recently with the family and young children. The property is 30 minutes from Ensenada and nestled in an older compound with a LONG entry way. Which is great for security , but a pain to get in an out unless you plan on spending entire time being bored there. The property itself is older , but maintained. The rooms are decent but could use an upgrade. On to the biggest issues , since had we know we'd have NOT BOOKED. The entire resort uses SALT WATER. The seawater in the shabby beach is actually sweeter. At least there your guaranteed continuous water flow. It was a MAJOR INCONVIENCE having to shower 3 children with shampoo in their eyes , with the water shutting off randomly. What normally would take 5 min now puts you as hostage at the showers will. One evening literally took over an hour to shower (COLD salt water) the children. Even after "Rinsing" off the saltiness and soap residue really put a dampen on the entire stay. Not to mention the bugs and rats we saw around the property , but that's secondary to the Salt water. Furthermore the hotel management are FULLY AWARE of the issue and would not cooperate let alone work with us. Thankfully we wont be visiting ever again. If you do get stuck coming here be for warned and buckle up for a nightmare in Ensenada. Good luck!!
