We booked a room for two adults and two children. Per instructions, we emailed after check in to see if we could get a handicapped accessible bathroom, if not we would need to bring a shower chair. I received a email back stating that my reservation was taken care of. On the day of arrival, we checked in, unpacked vehicle & rolled everything up to the room to find out there was only one king bed. It was frustrating but I went back down to the office to let them know if the problem. They told me that hotels.com are the ones who made the mistake on the booking and that I would either have to pay an upgrade fee or call hotels.com to get it straightened out. I was calm & didnโt throw a fit & walked out to make the phone callโฆa few seconds later the hotel clerk came out & told me they were going to figure it out for me. They proceeded to get me a room with 2 beds that also was handicapped accessible and did not charge me anything additional. Great customer service on their part.
