We hadn't read the small print re; kettle for making drinks in room NOT AVAILABLE. So was expensive and inconvenient having to buy Teas/coffees from reception. Also double bed was right up against wall making it a gymnastic challenge (especially for the elderly) to get out of bed in the night. However; room (whilst small) was excellent & staff were brilliant. Above problems will not prevent us booking again. THANK YOU Sainsbury opposite was useful for shopping as were regular buses to Westminster/Oxford Circus & Waterloo station
