To start with, when my daughter and I arrived just after midnight, we had to ring a buzzer and the gentleman behind the counter, very rudely replied with "What do you want" when I stated I had a reservation, the response, again was rude at it is "What's your name?" Had I not already paid for the room through expedia, I would have told him never mind, I'll take my business elsewhere. and in hindsight, after seeing the room, I should have done that and demanded a refund.
The sink the bathroom was cracked, the shower had several large cracks in it to the point neither my daughter or I felt comfortable getting a shower. The dresser in the room had one drawer missing and another drawer smashed. The sheets and blankets on the bed were stained. The overall cleaniness of the room was lacking.
I will not be staying in this hotel ever again, and I will be advising friends and family to avoid staying there.
Expeida should remove this hotel as an available location to stay at.
