This was a lovely two night's spent. The room was clean and the staff was lovely. The area was right next to the highstreet with loads of shops, restaurants and even parks to choose from. The people in the area were friendly as well. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend booking a stay at the NAP HOTEL! We'll definitely be back soon.

Fantastic place to stay, very friendly and Monica gave a warm welcome. Room was spacious, modern and immaculate. Complimentary bottled water, hot drinks, soaps etc. soft fresh towels and super comfortable bed. Highly recommended and I will be booking again.

Check-in was flawless. Have stayed here many times. We were met at the door and escorted to our room. The room: spotless, ample towels. There was excessive music noise as we retired. We called the reception who resolved the issue quickly. Not our favourite room to date, was a little loud - BUT we slept soundly. Things to look at/improve: The shower in this room (room number one) has a fixed head - if you’re on the shorter side, you will need to contort yourself to wash the nether regions! Perhaps a shower with a head that can be removed and replaced would be much better. Also we had a bottle of wine (corked), there wasn’t a bottle opener in the room. Luckily, we often dine at the restaurant below (Judges - which is excellent by the way), so was able to borrow an opener - tragedy averted! So maybe chain one to the wall somewhere? Parked in the rear car park which now costs £12 for 24hrs - did used to be £10 a few months back. The signage and website information needa updating. Overall, 4/5 on this stay. Will be back as this place is so accessible, New Barnet station is a short walk away, coffee shops, post office, bank, fast food, other restaurants and green spaces are a 5min walk from the door. Cannot fault the staff, attentive and polite, everyone smiles. We will definitely be back. Barnets gem.

Stayed in the lovely en-suite room, which was nice, large and clean! Bed was quite comfortable. Bath was very modern. Only things to be informed about is no A/C (typical in non-corporate hotels!), may have missed the little tidbit of info on their webpage, but room had fan, which we put in window and had cool nights eventually. Shower is modern, but VERY small. Ultimately, I recommend the Nap Inn as a unique European stay!

Alie was a wonderful host and came quickly to welcome me and offered to help with my bags. The room was great, really clean and the bathroom was perfect. Might have liked a little more room to hang clothes but there were hangers on the back of the door. Alie also offered me an iron and board and said to call on her if I needed anything. Room had kettle, tea, coffee and water too. Really comfy bed. My only issue us that I was woken up one morning by someone having sex!! I'm not sure from which room, I suspect next to mine (Room 9) so maybe some soundproofing would be good. I could even hear his conversation with his partner afterwards (ick!) and it slowly dawned on me that they may well have heard me dancing to Madonna in my room at 2am. Ho hum. Other than that, a really good 2-night stay.

This type of hotel is not my first choice, but l have to say that for a one night stopover before an office meeting the following day, it really ticked all the boxes. Clean room, onsite parking, well maintained, very good WiFi, smart bathroom, comfortable bed, desk to work from. The instructions regarding access to the hotel and where to park were well communicated beforehand. Would definitely stay again and my overall rating would be “very good”.
