This is the worst value-for-money I've had in a hotel (and I spend 100 nights/year in them) since last time in New York (NY is always at the bottom of that list....). It has a completely useless key system which gets one repeatedly stranded without possibility to get anywhere. I had to have my card reprogrammed 3 times in 12 hours and STILL it din't work properly. The tea/coffee service in the room offers decaf coffee (also known as non-coffee), and some fruit and herb drinks called tea (no black tea at all). There was no hot water!!!!! A hotel costing 300 USD/night+ that gets the hot-water temp to around 25 degrees (C)???? Deplorable. Further to this, the AC worked poorly in the room, I am not an AC nut so I normally set mine to around 24 C. In order to get the room to go below 30 I eventually had to dial in 17, which was also rock bottom..... Oh - and the toilet didn't flush properly!
I believe the overall verdict can only be: STAY AWAY!
