Not for lovers of luxury it is a building full of character in an amazing location but don't expect the latest tech. We stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. It managed to be right in the heart of our preferred area but being tucked away meant noise levels were low. We arrived early but were allowed to check straight in handed the keys shown the room and just left to get on with our holiday, help was always just a text away.

Nice clean room and friendly staff. Self check in process was well described and easy to follow. Appreciated the studio kitchen set up and air con. Room was well equipped, quirky and felt authentically Italian. Only downsides were the room smelled like stale smoke (despite the signs on the door saying no smoking), and the hot water ran out quickly.

The room was very comfortable. The restroom and walk in shower were absolutely beautiful. With plenty of dining and shopping so close it made it easy to enjoy the area so easy.

This is such a cute and funky spot right in the heart of the action in Trastevere. Even so, the room was surprisingly silent. Sweet room with private bath as part of a guest house. We came in late and left very early and saw no other guests. A communal kitchen with some breakfast treats and coffee was a nice touch but we didn’t use it. We were warned by the staff about the stairs — we went up a steep single flight of stairs to get to our room — and you definitely need to be careful but it’s doable. Communication with the staff on how to get in was very clear. Taxi/uber can’t drive on that street so you will have to figure out a good pickup spot a couple of blocks away. Great stay!
