Man the desk at all times!!

Upon check in, there was no one at the desk. In fact, there would be 4 people waiting for someone to show up. They have 2 sets of doors, the first set us open, the second set you need your room key, which didn't work, so you either waited fir someone to show up to the desk to let you in, or walk around to the garage area to get in. Upon check in, I waited for someone to show up. I got my room keys. I went to the 10th floor, keys didn't work. So, I had to wheel my luggage back down to the first floor desk, wait for someone to show, and get new keys. Went back to the 10th floor with my luggage, keys didn't work again. The phone to call the desk on the 10th floor didn't work, so I got the number off the phone and dialed using my cell phone. It just rang, because no one was at the desk. So, I went back down with my luggage. When they showed up, they made new keys, then went up to check if they worked themselves. Keys didn't work. They tried again for a fourth time, that time they worked. My second day, I left to explore Atlanta, came back, my keys didn't work. Waited for someone to show, got new keys, they worked. Third day, keys didn't work. Waited for someone to show, got new keys, keys didn't work. Since I was checking out, the desk employee went up with me and used his master key. Homewood Suites and Hilton Garden Inn share the same building, and it seems that the employees were manning both desks. But Hilton Garden Inns desk was always manned. It was a great inconvenience.

The parking garage was crowded and hard to get out of. The wait to check in was very slow. No one was at the desk when it was time for check out.

They were short staff. No towels in the room and it took forever to get some.Sheets were dirty on bed and used sheets on lay out couch. Televisions didn’t work.

Please clean the pull out couches & provide sheets

Unfortunately when we opened the fold away couch it was filthy. Old food and bedding was not provided. Then we opened the dishwasher and it was overflowed with standing water. They gave us a different room, but still no bedding for the pullout couch. We checked in at 10pm, i finally had to go back to the front desk at 1:30 am to demand sheets for the kids bed. I will not be staying here again.

Horrible

Horrible overall stay. The bathroom ceiling over the bathtub paint was leaking off. Using their parking garage was horrible. Someone blocked the exit to pack up their vehicle. Took 15 mins of sitting. We got the manager who would not make them move. Told us to go out the one way in entrance. Completely unprofessional to send someone with their family against traffic because he was too scared to approach the guest blocking traffic.

Overall the room was ok. It had a thin blanket vs. Comfortor for 30 degree at night weather. Our heat didnt work they brought extra blankets but never sent anyone to fix it. Just some off on the room and small credit at the convenience center

We stayed at this property for its location to my sons apartment. It was extremely disappointing. To be blunt the place as a dump. The condition of the room as very bad. I rented two rooms and both were bad. Will never stay here again.

Location is great, cleanliness not so much!

The location is the best thing about this hotel. It is a loud location, next to the freeway. There was a faint smell of weed in the corridor most of the time. The bed has stained and dirty sheets and comforter. The room was also not cleaned well prior to our check in.

Missing front desk clerk, dirty and dark loading.

The room was clean and nice, but the front desk was most of the time empty, the breakfast was a fiasco, only bagels, butter and cream cheese, no jelly, no milk no cereal and the tea was black and strange, only one day we had green tea. The elevator area an loading dock was dark with a lot of burn out lights and full of SPIDER WEB, and the fire exit lights were burn out too, not a Hilton in my book.
