At first, there was a pretty desk clerk with a friendly smile, but when I checked out, there was another worker.
There were more than 10 minutes left until check-out time, but the door was locked, so I went in with the cleaning staff's key and took out my luggage.
When checking out, the desk lady had a bad expression, was very unfriendly, and had really bad breath.
When I finally left, the desk staff didn't even say hello and the bellboy didn't even carry my suitcase down the stairs.
The restaurant staff were very friendly and brought us egg dishes. I wish the pho was a little more delicious, but that may be because the taste buds are different from Koreans.
I've been to other hotels in Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh, so I'm telling you this.
Other than that, it was really nice that the room was cleaned when I went to eat breakfast. It's nice because it's close to Hoan Kiem Lake and you can see Joseph's Cathedral. I stayed in a room facing the back of a 5-story building, but the view was not very good because I could see the building next door. I don't know why they assigned us the 5th floor, but you have to go higher to see Hoan Kiem Lake.
Please note that it was not a double bed, but two single beds attached. The bed was comfortable. I had a good rest for 3 days.
