War ein gutes Hotelzimmer! Alles war wie kleine Reihenhäuser aufgebaut was ganz schön ist. Das Personal ist nett, aber eher unauffällig, weshalb ich dieses nur 2x während meines Aufenthalts gesehen habe. Es gibt keine eigene Rezeption, was zunächst komisch war. Es gibt jedoch ein Wäscheservice, kostenlose Kaffe/Tee sowie eine Scooter Vermietung direkt am Empfang. Der Aufenhtalt war insgesamt angenehm und empfehlenswert. Top Preis-Leistung!

장점 : 위치가 아주좋아요, 바로 파통 워킹스트리트에다가 맛집인 넘버6 바로앞입니다. 단점 : 가격생각하면 단점은 거의없던 것 같네요

Even though guest house is near center of Patong but quietly silent. Staffs are kind, room is clean and Bed is very large~

Very close to Bangla Street and the beach

Perhaps less than 100 meters to the infamous entertainment street-Bangla which gets noisy until 3 or 4 in the morning. So this is the only con as the noises can be heard in the room. No window so very gloomy. Actually there's one but you can't open it as it is facing the other room in the hallway. So I think it is OK for a day or two at the max as it gets really depressing with the low lights from the ceiling as well. Still, the rates are so reasonable for something so close to the main party place. Also, many young guests seem to be around and they can be quite noisy at times in the morning and night. The staff is neither friendly or unkind but very functional and helpful.

빠통 비치에서 가깝고 지내기에 아늑함

가격대비 괜찮으나 팬룸에 묵는 바람에 에어컨이 없어 매우 더웠음. 샤워하고 침대에 가만히 있으면 그래도 괜찮아짐. 빠통 비치와 가까운 편이고 주변에 먹을 거리가 많으며 반잔 야시장도 도보로 15분 이내임. 안경 쓴 프론트 여직원이 매우 친절했음.

- I was checked in the first room. The air conditioner was not cold. I walked to inform the receptionist and she walked to check for me. Then let me change to another room, but the other room doesn't have hot water or warm water ,The machine doesn't work. It was very late at that time. So I have to take a cold shower. - The receptionist tried to help me well.

Great value for money

Everything is good about this hotel. Hotel staff at C&N hotel were very helpful. 2 minutes of walk from Bangla Street and 5 minutea of walk from Patong beach which is one of the best beaches for swiming. Daily housekeeping services were up to the mark. They provide you two sets of bathroom towels and two sets of beach towels everyday. All tourist attractions within patong area are very walkable from this hotel. I would highly recommend this place.

ハシエンダにチェックインしようとしたら、こっちだと言って隣のC&Nホテルに案内され、そこに泊まった。チェックインもチェックアウトも20分くらい時間がかかり、何かトラブルがあったのかと不安だった。 チェックアウトした後に、泊まった場所がほんとうはC&Nではないと言われ、混乱した。 フロントのスタッフには正直、不信感をぬぐえない。謝罪の言葉もなかった。 だけど、そのほかのスタッフがとても良い方ばかりだったので、この評価にしました。

Das ist unser zweites Mal im Hacienda! Super freundliches Personal, alles sauber, perfekte Lage und trotzdem ruhig! Kein Luxus, aber für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Beim ersten Besuch im Januar hatten wir nur Fan, AC ist aber angenehmer. Wir wollten eigentlich nur 5 Tage bleiben, es wurden mehr als 3 Wochen daraus. 100% Weiterempfehlung! Wir kommen wieder!

Too noisy until 06:00

I could not find anything wrong with Hacienda HOWEVER this place is NOT to be recommended to anyone who want a good night of sleep. Unfortunately there is nothing they can do about it as long as the local authority allow the anti-social behaviour from certain establishment to carry on! The thumping low frequency drum beat until 06:00am is really annoying to say the least.
