Okay Stay
Beautiful facilities and some fantastic employees. The ladies at the spa were wonderful, Tyare our server at Di Roza and Chantel at Calypzo were fantastic and very hospitable. Other than that, Iโm not saying the employees were rude but as someone whose been to Jamaica numerous time, the hospitality you look for in a high end inclusive resort wasnโt there. In a 5 day and 4 night stay,
Not once did a server by the beach and pool ask if we needed anything and the one we called over one day avoided eye contact and continued to service others. In addition, some of the wait staff at bars and restaurants were very noncholant and too many times ran out of things. Like why does the island vibes pool run out of mango by 3pm everyday? Just stock more in the morning. The Ziva side certainly has the better and more hospitable staff but we stood on the Zilara end. Little things go a long way, like robes, bubbles for the tub.. we had a swim up room and oftentimes had to ensure we had the things we needed to enjoy, including getting out the water (pools donโt connect) to be able to get drinks, but others certainly had workers coming over to them. It left more to be desired despite me really loving the facilities and some of the workers.
