We got there at midnight with a huge line. It took an hour to check in, then they gave us a room with someone already in it. Then our next room key didnโt work.

No wash cloths empty shower accessories breakfast half hour late opening no coffee,butter,forks,knives,eggs ran out,juice machine malfunctioned got sprayed,walfle machine out of order. Breakfast help must have been absent. Assistant desk manager was clueless filling in. and turned lights on at 7:15, breakfast was scheduled for 6:30. Second day breakfast was a little better but the fancy push button coffee machine is a serious bottle neck! There were 4 or 5 people standing in line for coffee. The coffee machine requires close to 30 seconds to cycle for a single cup! They have two machines. Tuesday neither worked. Wednesday only one worked. Tuesday the assistant manager spent over 20 minutes after she arrived 45 minutes late on the phone trouble shooting the nonworking fancy coffee machine. Wednesday only one machine worked and it quit working due to clogged coffee grounds building up. I observed many very irritated customers seated in the dark. Many had to leave due to their schedules and no breakfast at 7:30. Wednesday the coffee machine quit working at 7:30 many people standing in line frustrated. Several just walked away pissed off. I made several cups and delivered them to disappointed customers just to be nice and change a lousy start to the day. The heated food,eggs,sausage and potatoes were very late being refilled if at all both days. The granola was brought out Tuesday only a quarter full. The TV would not work. Your previous client had apparently disconnected cables to play video games and left not in intact. I had no idea. Told front desk the issue which for me was in evening upon returning to room from dinner. Went without remainder of my stay. Was told you would adjust my bill. Then girl next morning when checking out nothing could be done. Simply stated never stay again at your facility.

I was staying for my fathers funeral. Check in@3:00. Mangager Hattie told us she would go check on room delay. Never returned. After 90 minutes we left to go get dinner. Came back@6:00. Line of customer's filling the lobby. Two employees at the desk. One man taking photo copies of credit cards to keep on 'file'. And the other holding up a fell phone. Hattie was on a video call somewhere off property wearing a tank top and loudly greeting each customer from the cell phone. She reated everyones first and last name, said the room number out loud. And discussed credit card details so all in the lobby could hear. When we stepped up, my partner asked why we needed to wait three hours in a very calm manner. She told him life happens. At that point I stepped into view and asked (calmly) in a non threatening manner why they were photocopying a credit card. Wothout answering she said to the woman holding up the phone. Cancel the reservation and help the next customer in line. We were in no way threatening or contradictory. She was rude, abrupt, unprofessional and caused us to purchase another hotel at full rate for a last minute booking. I stay in more than 50 hotels a year. Husband has been in management with Hilton, Marriott, Worldmark, etc. My daughter worked as a front desk agent for Hilton, my son in the restaurants. We are fully aware of how to conduct yourself at check-in. This is a low cost budget brand property. Even at that level customer service should have standards.

We were able to book our stay last minute because of my mom was in the hospital and they accompanied us by letting us to come to the room early. The beds were comfortable. Thank you

We arrived and the washer was broken so the rooms werenโt ready until 8:30 pm. Waiting on clean towels.
The manager wasnโt on just one young guy.
We get up to our room and the remote control didnโt work. Young guy says hes bringing another one but never shows up.

Check in was paid for 3 pm we arrived at 330 and they said they wouldnโt have room tell 5 so this was supper inconvenient. After discussing situation with clerk, he made an exception and gave us a partially ready room. He was the best service of the overall situation. Itโs not the clerks fault. The hotel was unprepared. Bathroom was broken and washers were broken. Clerk was great at making the best of the whole situation.

This was the worst experience I have ever had checking into a motel. Arrived a 5.20 was told my room wasnโt ready so I went to dinner came back and told again that my room wasnโt ready. I received my room at 8.25. And the desk clerk was the most rude and terrible person I have dealt with. Even the people around me could not believe what was happening! I will contact the manager and also holiday inn express customer service and will be going direct to hotels.com with my experience.
