Upon arriving in my room, I was changing and was completely naked when 2 guys walked in on me. I said whoa whoa whoa and they left. I called front desk right away asking what the hell that was all about. An a/c was broke in a different room and she (owner I believe) gave the workers (I didnโt know they were workers at the time) the wrong room #. I said that is not ok. At all. She apologized but thatโs a huge error. Furthermore, they keep texting (automated Iโm assuming), which seems nice, but I replied to 1 and got a response 10 minutes later saying โWe apologize for the delay, a front desk agent will respond to you shortlyโ. Itโs been 48 hours and still no reply. In fact Iโm checked out now, so a reply would be irrelevant at this point. To add to that, I checked out via their texts and it said I would get my receipt shortly. Itโs been more than 24 hours and no receipt. I even texted again 12 hours after checkout asking for it, and not even a response to the text. Very poor management and experience. They also serve the same breakfast every morning, never any bacon (cheap), and they donโt have hot sauce for their mushy home fries. Wont be back and donโt recommend.
