This hotel would be very great appreance ,but there was many problem in working process perspective. please, see my story with this hotel. I hope you don't do it again like me.
I have paid this hotel 3 months ago. However, there's no booking record when it comes to get there. This hotel has 14 rooms but already accoupied by customers. so I have to look for another hotel. I asked to hotel's manager " what happened ? What's wrong ? " he said " It was overbooking problem ". he just told me " I'm very sorry but we can't give you any compensation at all due to this problem.
I just have got refund for only hotel fee and some appolozied email from hotel's owner.
please, make sure to reconfirm your booking before you arrive there Once you really want to stay here.
