Arrived in town around 10:30 p.m. that afternoon to find that our room was hot and muggy. Called downstairs to obtain instructions on how to adjust thermostat. Assistant arrived to room to confirm room was hot. She said she only knew a few things to troubleshoot issue. She said that an amber or yellow light will appear on thermostat when they are in sync. She unplugged the unit, reset two buttons on the side of the plug and plugged. She did this several time but no amber light appeared. When she determine she was not able to fix the situation, she once again unplugged, reset button and indicated she fixed it and it was blowing cold air. She told us to wait 15 minutes for the room to adjust temperature. It was obvious that this solution did not fix the problem. I feel that additional training or her calling for assistance would produce different results. We slept uncomfortable that afternoon. When we left the next morning around the 7:00 a.m. hour, I asked for a printed receipt to track the 3rd party fees that I was not expected to pay. She told me she was not able to print the receipt. Totally unexpected and not a pleasant experience. We were also expecting the breakfast bar to be open to grab a piece of fruit of bagel and go. WE were only offered water and coffee.

Overall great
Very nice hotel and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The only downside is that they ran out of biscuits for the gravy.

I wouldnโt recommend.
We had a double queen room (room 120) and stayed for 2 nights. Problems: One of the beds squeaked with every movement. The tub had reddish stains inside it. There was a weird chemical smell when we entered. We could hear outside noises clearly from both the road and neighboring rooms. I was exhausted so decided to stay and deal with it. They didnโt clean our room, make the beds or take trash out between the nights (eco friendly, I guess). I had a really long night and didnโt come back until early in the morning so didnโt ask for it, but should I have to? I did ask for a later check out but all the front desk person offered was an extra hour which was what was offered through the app already. I know that isnโt a big deal but he acted like he was doing me a huge favor. My take away was that they definitely donโt go above and beyond to make a guest happy.

Friendly staff. Beds a little hard. But all good!
Staff was great. The bed was hard and I prefer firm beds. If you have any shoulder issues and you are a dude sleeper it may be a little uncomfortable. But overall hotel is nice.

Falls short of expectations.
Was remodeled last year during our stay. They need to finish the job. Room could use a bench or something to put luggage on.
Also front desk personnel needs to know the property to answer simple questions about room location. A simple floor plan map would be helpful.
Good location. Wish the hotel was as good.
