We booked a standard room but was upgraded to a 2 room villa! The room and property was beautiful! We were right across from the heated pool and hot tub. Thank you and props go out to the young man at the desk when we checked in. Excellent service!

2nd visit again Wonderful!

Our visit was the second time we have been here to the Canyon Lake Resort in the last 30 days, Again the service from check in people like Alexis and Delana were Excellent! They both are very helpful and kind, and certainly answered all the questions about the area, amenities and services even outside the resort. Staff members such as them are truly appreciated and a blessing to those they come in contact with. I can see this was certainly an ongoing find even with the staff members in the on site market and grill, Kenny, Jake and Kevin were wonderful and friendly as well! Summary: very impressed, lodging was sharply appointed and clean, pool & play amenities are wonderful, we'll be back soon, Thanks to you all!

I took a two day respite trip alone. I wanted a place that was affordable and still in a safe environment. This place met my needs and then some. The staff was very kind and attentive. They assigned a unit that was very quiet, so I could rest. The facility was immaculate and comfortable. I'll definitely return in the future.

An Exceptional Experience to Repeat Soon!

The Holiday Inn Club Vacations Resort in Canyon Lake was excellent in every way, starting with the service at the check in facility, the location, building condition, well lighted and plenty of good parking, interior of villa was nicer than we anticipated and very well appointed with linen/towels, and all required for an exceptional stay with home comforts. Due to our personal busy schedule, we were not able to utilize the amenities like the various pools, miniature golf, tennis courts, ping pong, and more, however we are Going Back to do so as Soon as possible.

Great Family Vacation Spot.

My family’s first vacation together. We booked 3 rooms presidental suites. Very clean and has everything you need. We were all in the same building. Everyone had a blast and customer service was excellent. Miniature Golf is a must for anyone who stays here. We had a couple of rounds then watched the sunset. Truly the best vacation spot.

Didn’t realize when booking we would be pressured into a timeshare type sales pitch. Avoided it completely and completed our stay. Good thing we weren’t there for a complete resort experience because it far from a resort !!

The trip started on a rocky start. The bathroom door didn't lock n the refrigerator door would not close. The next day the stove wouldn't turn on.. they were quick in fixing the problems.

Wonderful, comfortable, except the lights shining

We love this place for family fun, cleanliness, accessibility, and roominess. They have everything you could need for a longer stay. Fully stocked kitchen on the presidential 1 bedroom rooms on the other side of 306 from the main area. We didnt have a view this time but was a very comfortable room. Our only complaint was the porch lights blairing into our room and the living room, where our son slept. It was harder to sleep, thinking it was daytime because of how bright it was. They have faux wood blinds but need black out curtains or something. The beds were very comfortable though, so that helped. Firm but soft. 2 different kinds of pillows, feather down type and cotton. White duvet that was warm but felt cool for Texas heat. We like to sleep in an icebox type temperature but with blankets. We set it to 68 and slept great except the light. Plenty to do between all of the piols, the arcade, movie room, and pickleball/tennis courts.
