Very easy access to upper geyser basin and old faithful. No wifi in the inn, not a lot of choice food in the restaurant at the inn at the end of the season ( end of September) . However excellent options for food at snowlodge , so had to walk a distance to get a good meal Had excellent barista, bar, gift shop and great deck to watch old faithful errupt

We paid over 500 dollars to sleep in a ground floor small tiny room. I would recommend to visit in the hotel it is very unique. But do not stay there.

Unique place to stay in. The Inn is right next to the Old Faithful and visitor center. Very convenient to visit nearby geysers. It has an all you can eat restaurant for all meals.

We were excited to stay at the Old Faithful Inn for two nights. We saw all the best sites, bison, grizzlies, and many more birds and water fowl. We drove the loop and saw so many bison and more grizzlies. It was a wonderful stay.

Definitely a very cool place! Our room was very clean. Not very many places to eat and the few they had always had extremely long waits, even for 2 people.

Beautiful place to stay, room was clean and beds comfy. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Only drawback was no a.c. Used a fan and opened the window but still too warm for our liking. Wish there were a few more dining options-didn’t know you had to have reservation for dining room so couldn’t get in so went to bar where food was slim pickings.

Spectacular old hotel, but getting a bit run down

The location is spectacular, but the hotel itself was just so-so. It is a very old hotel, and so expectations were not particularly high, but we were still somewhat disappointed in the hotel experience. Food was expensive, and rooms were a bit shabby, and in need of maintenance. The staff was very good, but they can only do so much, and cannot hide the obvious worn appearance of the rooms.

There was no lift access to my floor, no fridge, no Wi-Fi...in a tiny room. The dinner buffet only had a few more choices compared with the lunch buffet, but much more expensive (Okay, there was live music in the evening.) The wooden log architechture, and location are the only merits.

Staff were excellent!! Place is right where you want it to be. Great history on the Inn. Beautiful walking areas to witness all the other geysers. Buffalos on grounds was fun. Food at restaurant was pretty good. We stayed in old part of Inn. Charming. Sharing a bathroom was a definitely no problem. Bathrooms were never crowded and super clean. Showers were well kept and lots of hot water Nightly musician on site to play piano or violin. Only thing I would have loved was an offering of playing cards and board games to play in their spacious sitting areas. Inn tour was well done. Well worth the money.

Food options were horrible after 8pm. Non existent... if you didn't have a dining reservation or in my case all day of adventures...i didn't feel like eating around people. I did try the breakfast buffet. Expected so much better for the price level of stay. Basic quality at best.
