While the rooms appear to be recently update, there is still a lot of age showing on the property. Elevator was clanging and popping and had a overwheming smell of grease. Bathroom was not clean. Very minimal of non-existant furninshings in the room. Teo bed, 1 chair, 1 desk. No trash can, no luggage rack, nothing that would warrant a $280 a night fee.

Great place, outside lights annoying.

Great location. Very clean. Liked the balcony. However, there's a light on the balcony that comes on automatically. It's VERY bright at night and you can't turn it off. Also, the unit we were in on the second floor, there were blinding parking lot lights focused DIRECTLY at the balconies. You had to put sun glasses on to be able to enjoy sitting there at night. We do not recommend the second floor units facing those lights.

The room was very dated and dark. The staff who checked us in were very abrupt and gave us no information, for example we were not told the room would not be serviced during our 4 night stay, if we wanted to have our bed changed or clean towels we would have to request them.

Conveniently located and clean

Room was very clean. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room had everything we needed. Could use an update on mattress but we slept ok. Will stay here again. We have stayed here a number of times. Staff is friendly. They had to fix the commode when we got there but took care of it promptly. Guy really nice

Cockroaches and dirty room

Greeted by a cockroach on the floor when I entered my room. I went to the reception to ask if the cleaning crew could do something about it but was told that they’d all gone home. I asked they just expected me to be okay with it and they obliged to come over and deal with it. After they’d removed the first roach I later found another one one the ceiling. Again I went to the reception and they came over to deal with it. While the receptionist did do something about it, it felt like I was being a nuisance and almost had to apologies for requesting their action. Encountering roaches first thing when entering a hotel room is never nice and sets the tone for the rest of the stay. The room in general was also pretty dirty.

Shower had someone elses eye contacts stuck to shower wall, very low water pressure, staff was very friendly. Most like won't stay there again.

A great stay!

A great stay! In the heart of Gatlinburg. Next to Anakeesta! Near alk the shops! What more could you ask for? Though I didn't see one on this last day, you may see an actual black bear in the parking lot or in the smoking area!

Clean hotel. Walking distance to b

Check in was quick, breakfast was small muffins, juice, and coffee. The pool was small but was clean and zero debris in it. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. There was a guests towel left on the balcony chairs. Unlike other hotels, this hotel had ZERO BUGS!! We were thankful for that.

Will never stay here again

Not sure where to start. First, there is no elevator in the building that has 2 floors. Their other building across the street that has 4 floors does. It went out for a few hours and I received a text that this was fixed. The hallways are hot, no air conditioning. The base board on the side of the bed was broken and kept coming off. I hit my foot on the corner of it numerous times. You can see the nails sticking out I am surprised I didn’t poke myself. The whole board end up falling off and I called the front desk and they said they would fix it. They never fixed it so I took the whole board to the front office so they could deal with it. I was there for a whole week and it still wasn’t fixed. There was a hole on the restroom door, looked like a bullet hole. The beds were not comfortable, but doable. Housekeeping made 1 bed instead of both. Will not be staying there again. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is near the strip and the trolley stop.

The rooms were great and the pool and location is wonderful. However the security of the premises lacks. This isnt my first time staying here and i might consider it if changes are made. From the underage drunk girls running and screaming and falling all around the parking lot from like 11pm-2am to the neighbor screaming and yelling and fighting on the balcony until his partner went to jail. He was so drunk he even beat on our door at 130am bc ot was directly above his and he was lost. We had a long trip home and got no sleep. Not a single staff member tried to stop either party and just let it continue into the early morning hours. I know they can't control what guests do but when it interrupts other guests something should be done.
