Not so good. They saw my local ID & put us in what's considered "a weekly rental". No room service of any kind. Front desk tried to charge my card $191.81, $75, $75, then settled on $65 (which is currently being used as a deposit). I don't understand all the excess charges when i booked & paid for my room online. Won't be staying there again.

Worst around
This place is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at and all my times of staying at Travelodge’s motels, hotels, and everything in between. I sat outside of the office for an hour waiting on somebody to show up because nobody was answering the door and nobody was answering the front desk line. They left a list of numbers up to call and no way would answer those phone numbers either I had to call Hotels.com to be able to get my Reservation refunded as we were going through that people coming out of their rooms were telling us how terrible the front desk is and there’s probably nobody even up there because there hasn’t been anybody up there for several hours they disappear and they do what they want when they want. I discourage anybody from staying here after experiencing something like this I was with my family, my pregnant wife and my daughter And they should not have to suffer through something like that due to somebody’s laziness and disregard for anybody else.

RUN AWAY. HORRIBLE hotel. STOLE my money!!
This hotel was a nightmare. First they don’t tell you about the refundable deposit until you get there. They charge your card with so many random charges, it’s hard to tell if they’re charging what was quoted. Then the person who is writing your parking pass (is trying to sell you on a “timeshare” presentation but doesn’t work for them supposedly) will lie to you and steal your money. The “not time share presentation” isn’t 15-20 min like the guy told us, it’s 90-120 minutes. When I brought the receipt back to get my money back like that lady told me to some woman at the front desk supposedly text his boss and said she’d contact me. Of course she didn’t. She wouldn’t give me any contact information to anyone and of course he wouldn’t be back until after our stay was over with. The room was a nightmare. Filthy, the door had been kicked in by police at some point. You had to slam it just to get the lock to work. There were bugs on the walls, alive and dead smeared bugs. The smoke detector wasn’t even hooked up. Wires just exposed and it was sitting on the clothes rack. We were supposed to have a king bed, it was not only super small but it was absolutely uncomfortable and the springs were sticking out. The shower has more water spraying out of the faucet than it did out of the shower head. The room next door didn’t even have a handle on the door so the door slammed and banged all night/day. This hotel is NOTHING like the pictures. It’s a nightmare and they are scammers.

Check out 1 day early at 9 something in moring they kept the extra money for the room plus the 75 damaged deposit tryed calling for over 5 days and no one ever answer phone plus we killed 2 roaches in room

Bad. Left Much to be desired.
Definitely left a LOT to be desired. Front light was very poor. We thought it was closed. The room, I don't even know what to say. The bathroom light only half worked, the light on the was was holding the tv up, there were hairs on the pillow on one of the beds, we killed 5 bugs in the first hour, the toilet seat was not the correct size and neither was the tank cover, the shower blasted water all over the bathroom, there was a big hole in the wall above the shower, there was actually a hole in the shower wall itself, the smoke detector was unhooked and laying across the room on a shelf, the wall in the sleeping area was repaired but not completed and didn't meet the ceiling, the sheetrock was dented and pushed in along the floor, there were hooks for things like an ironing board and a hair dryer under the shelves, but nothing was there, the towels and washcloths were mismatched and sparse. I have to say, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever been at. For downtown Pigeon Forge, I expected a little better.
