Great central location for all the shopping, theatres and bars. 7 minute walk from Oxford Street, Piccadilly, SoHo etc. Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Our room was ready when we arrived at 1:30 and was freshly made up and felt clean and welcoming. The bar closed at 8:30 which was a shame but there are loads of bars and amenities nearby.

Superb central location in the city. The team are all friendly and helpful. The room (king-size) was well sized with a comfortable bed, air con, kettle with a selection of coffee and teas, water, hairdryer, and a Freeview TV. The bathroom was clean and the shower large. We were on floor 5 (6th floor) and couldn't hear the outside world and could barely hear others in the hotel (not sure if other rooms near us were occupied).

Staff were very welcoming on arrival. Room was perfectly clean, very spacious and the location was perfect for our trip to London. Amazing price for a centre of London hotel. Our room looked over Leicester Square, we got to see a premier happening at the cinema from our room, but non of the noise that I thought there might be. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Elevators were out of service for most of my stay. Apparently this is not the only time this has happened recently. If you’re not ok with trekking up and down multiple staircases after a full day of sightseeing look elsewhere for a hotel!

The room was tiny, and absolutely no view. But it was reasonable clean and very quiet for the outstanding location… personal was polite, and accommodating with putting away suitcases on departure. What actually brings the grade down was the tiny room, poor view and that window was not possible to open - and AC did not cool down the room, which made it a bit stuffy… I would stay again for a shorter visit.
The ”view” from the fixed window - add a constant flow of workers passing by abt a meter from the window 🙄

Great location and very friendly staff! We had two rooms. They are very small, but not uncommon when in London. One of the rooms very clean, nice and no issues. The other room someone might have died in. Smelled terrible and cleaning had tried to hide smell with detergent. Don’t know what might have happened in the shower but we chose not to use it even though staying 3 nights…
