We booked a luxury room, but there was really nothing luxurious about it! A terrible entrance area with lots of garbage bins and a dirty, worn-out stairway. A dark room and an even darker bathroom, where the water rose up to our ankles when showering because the drain was clogged. No view, no bar, no lounge as described. The breakfast place was far away. We booked transfer to and from the hotel, but when we arrived in the evening, we were dropped off far away and told that we had to walk the rest of the way because it was not possible to drive any closer. However, the location was absolutely perfect.

Despite being located inside an old building, but the hotel is beautifully renovated. It's in the heart of campo de fiori so everything is within walking distance to shops, cafe, restaurants, groceries store, pharm acies, tram stop, etc. We stayed there for 4 nights and will certainly come back again for our next trip to Rome

The only good thing was the location. We booked three deluxe rooms, but they were nothing like what the pictures showed when we made the reservation.
The soap dispenser wasn’t refilled, even after the second day when I had unscrewed the top to indicate it was empty.

Staff was very nice. Room was spacious for Rome but the bathroom was an odd layout. Church bells were going off frequently and early in the morning so just something to be mindful of. One perk is that this b n b has an elevator but it barely fits one person and a luggage so if you’re a family it will probably take a couple trips to get up to the floor to check in. Overall a good stay

The safe wasn’t secured and bolted down. It was also very difficult to operate. The hotel definitely wasn’t what we expected. We paid for the first night and didn’t stay in the hotel at all. It reminded me more of a hostel than a hotel and I would give the hotel a 2 star. The staff was excellent and do refund my last two nights. My wife didnt feel safe and that was more important to me than the cost the the first night.

The location was great and the room was a good size. That’s where it stopped. First negative review I have ever given. Check in was stressful and sloppy. No instructions about check in, no response when I rang the bell. Had to call the number which was a service that was no help. Finally someone came and told us that he was the only one to take care of 36 rooms. Finally got checked in. The floor in the room was sticky. The shower had mold all over it and rust was everywhere. They also were doing work outside our rooms at 5:00 am which made it impossible to sleep. Would never stay here again, and would not recommend this place. The only saving grace was the man that finally checked us in was kind. This place needs more help and some serious cleaning and maintenance
