The staff is inconsiderate and frustratingly passive-aggressive. Problems are not addressed. If something doesn't work, too bad for you. If they can avoid positive actions by hiding behind a rule, they will do so. I'm in another hotel right now, even though I paid for a room at this place. I left at about 9:30 PM to catch my ride out of town. My ride didn't show, so I returned to stay the remainder of the night for which I'd paid. The young man at the desk insisted that I'd have to pay again if I wished to stay. He said it was a rule he had to obey. He said his boss could make the necessary adjustment, but he refused to contact his boss. So, I'm in a different hotel, paying again for Monday night.
