It was just a dirty place toilet didn’t work, broken elevator, random people hanging outside all night. Women having men in and out all night way over crowed some rooms 6 ppl no parking.

Ideal Answer to Anyone’s Needs

Room was very comfortable, came with full size refrigerator and a glass stovetop with 2 burners. It had a large bathroom with a full size bathtub. I was totally amazed when I was supplied with extremely hot water and strong water pressure. That truly hard to find in hotels today. As for the staff, there business mannerism and kindness made it even more enjoyable. I definitely will be a returning customer along with others that I refer there. Way to go!

Bad Night's Sleep

I had reserved this hotel for two nights because I had a funeral to attend, but after the first night staying here my mom and I decided that after the funeral we were leaving and returning home. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking, And it was but there were people smoking around the room there a was strange odor in the room the phone didn't work; half the plugs didn't work and there were roaches in the hotel not only when we checked in the clerk said that the front desk closes at 11:00 p.m. but in my information it say's that you can check in until 3:00 a.m. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Beds were horrible.

Don’t stay here !!

Smelled of cigarette smoke, no doorknob on the bathroom door, some of the floor molding was coming undone, bed was very uncomfortable and the noise level outside, next door and above me was too much. Very loud until past midnight.. fridge hand was sticky and disgusting…horrible, will not stay there again. I will also give horrible reviews on all social media

The lady at the front desk was the nicest part of the stay. The place smelled very heavily of pot. Trash every where. Kids running wild all hours of the night. NOT a place I’d stay again. It was nice having a fridge and microwave but the freezer stunk terribly and the microwave was not clean. Spiders in the bathroom and the floors were filthy

We tried >10x to contact property for late check in- phone was never answered despite >20 rings each attempt- called choice hotels and they couldn’t get a response either!!! Front desk clerk was awesome when we did check in. Physical room was very run down- no trash can or toilet paper holder… did meet health dept standards but shouldn’t have been rated 3-4 star property!!!!

Unsavory people in and out of the property, that is including the staff ! There were 2 cockroaches in the room , I took a picture of one. Elevator, common areas un clean ! Hey , but the pictures on line look good ! Shame on hotels.com for not caring about this !

BEWARE OF THE EXTENDED STAY! My friends and I stayed here what was supposed to be a few nights. Our stay here quickly changed. When arriving to the hotel there were residents of the extended hotel harassing us and asking us inappropriate questions. When arriving to the room we found roaches, broken blinds, and brown pillows. We took video footage of every inch of the room. We went back downstairs to get a refund back for the room and the front desk man is nowhere to be found. We had prior engagements to get to so we came back. When we came back to let the front desk man know about the room he tried to say we brought the roaches with us. We ended up getting our money back and never looked back.
