Fairly quick to get to and from, from the Gaurulhos airport. Everything was very clean but unfortunately my room was so noisy - people walking around the hallways at 2 / 3 in the morning, loud air conditioner / fridge. Breakfast was nice. Lots of people stay at this hotel which made it feel nice / lively.

There was no shuttle pickup, as indicated, at the airport. Ended up paying for a cab. No apologies or nothing at the front desk. Overpriced and less-than-mediocre buffet.

Good one night stand 😜

Arrived late into GRU and had an early morning flight the next morning. This hotel was perfect for us to get a good night sleep and continue our trip. Nice that breakfast starts at 530am. Downside the dining room was a bit dirty by 6am. There is a free airport shuttle every half hour. Wasnt early enough for us but great if it works for you.

It was a good option for its proximity to the airport (GRU) but the language barrier is a big downside. We had misunderstood their shuttle service times and we had even used a translator app but still got the wrong info. Twice in one night the fire alarm got triggered and on the second time, it took maybe 45 min for them to disable/disarm the alarm. It woke up the whole hotel, well, my floor at least at around 3am! The hotel lobby convenience store sold only mini/personal sized drinking water bottles. Free filtered water stations should at least be a courtesy in all hotels/inns.

O check in foi bem demorado. Só havia um funcionário atendendo. O outro estava em horário de jantar. Formou-se uma grande fila e, alguns hóspedes que estavam na fila, para fazer check out, tinham que passar na frente, para não perder o transfer. Bem confuso. Na hora que a fila acabou, o outro apareceu. Na hora do check out, outro problema. Eu perguntei ao atendente quanto deveria pagar de estacionamento. Ele disse que estava tudo certo. Quando eu estava no portão da garagem para sair, chega o outro funcionário dizendo que ficou faltando pagar o estacionamento. A recepção do hotel precisa de melhoras.
