Nice clean place. It is a private room. No breakfast included. It is hard to determine where to go when you arrive as it is a private building with different rooms and apartments. The staff were helpful with arranging a taxi and storing luggage until our room was ready. They communicate clearly and timely. Prati is a nice neighborhood very close to some of the main sites in the city center

It has good air conditioning, very helpful staff, and it was all clean inside. Only downside was the triple room is very small and cramped. Very good location and easy to walk around Rome.

Hotel in an excellent location and staff really helpful when needed. Good aircon, clean and close to good bus services. The room was tired and some things didn’t work well (fridge). I probably wouldn’t stay there again, but ok on the whole.

The staff were so kind and helpful with so many recommendations around the area and beyond, calling a friend to find out dinner wait times to eat great carbonara, very speedy communication, cute property with a clean, air conditioned room for a reprieve from the heat and a little terrace where we played late night cards. Great proximity to Vatican, areas across the river and iconic spots. The beautiful court house is right next door and the neighborhood is off the beaten path of tourist mayhem. You should stay here!

We had a wonderful stay. Hosts were extremely accommodating going above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after- personally showing us to the airport connection bus. Property was clean and well maintained and conveniently located for all parts of the city.

Our check-in was probably the best in our last 38 days. The staff shared a text of places to eat and visit within a 40 minutes walk. over 40 restaurants and caffe’s and also many of the best things to see. As far as I’m concerned this location can’t be beat. central to everything. Room was clean, bed was comfy and bathroom was clean.

Solo female traveler! The communication was excellent. I arrived early in the day and was able to secure my luggage in the locked office. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The location is close to main attractions and great restaurants. Breakfast was not included, as I anticipated, but the staff shared a great list of local eats. Highly recommend!
