What a comfortable hotel it was !

I satisfied all the service of this hotel from locations to the breakfast. Of course, the Wi-Fi worked well, either. We could easily see the part of Coloseum here and enjoy the meal. However, the parking lot didn't seem so well. But, because of without ZTL, you could reach here by car.

The location is misleading -- their office is there but the room was an additional 10 minutes walk away from the historic area. They send a complicated "self checkin" process but probably when you're on the plane so when you arrive you'll be very confused when you show up at their office to find nothing on the door. The random lady who happened to work there and come out when we were standing on the street confused was nice. But that's it. I do not recommend supporting this misleading place.

Place was awesome. However, the scheduled transport to the cruise port fell through, leaving us stranded. We struggled to replace it, but finally did at an elevated price. The manager told me they would reimburse us, but that is proving more difficult than it should be.

We had to complete a complicated form to verify identify and get access to the digital lock before arriving. We were a bit early when we got there and were told they’d send us a message when the room was ready. We sent a message to them 2.5 hours after check-in time and they forgot to let us know. The rooms aren’t at the location and no one came with us to make sure we got in okay. We got locked out of our room the first night because the digital lock malfunctioned and not only did no one answer us because it was after 8:00 pm, no one ever checked in with us to see if we ever got back in or needed help. We had to call the lock company directly. The space is large which is nice but there was only a view of other buildings. We had three people in the room but there were only enough towels for 2 people and the space wasn’t very clean. It is well-located and walking distance to the Colosseum. The one bedroom has a large space behind the top of the bed so you have to hold on to your pillow while you sleep or it falls off.

The room is convienient to the Colosseum, Taxi service, Convience store, and good dining. There was no laundry facilities available. We had to take our laundry to a wash and fold place that was about 20 minutes walking distance. The staff said that if we didn't lock the door with the second key they would make up the room and replace towels. I left my towel on the floor and they didn't make up the room or replace towels. When I asked them why no room service they made the bed that night but folded the towel that was on the floor and put it on the bed. I knew it was from the floor because it was really dirty. Luckily the staff was still there and I was able to request a fresh towel at that time. The feathers on the lamps had a lot of dust on them. The room we recieved was barely big enough to walk around the bed and the small bathroom was not furnished with facial tissues. The only glasses to drink out of were 2 little teacups. Their email mentioned that we would get free transportation to the airport sice we were staying 5 days. We just had to give them the time we needed to leave. I gave them the time and flight numbers they asked for and did not recieve any transfer to the airport.

The hotel was in a very safe neighborhood. Very short walk to a lot of the attractions. Right around the corner from bus transportation.

The apartment was in a good location bit many ofnthe negative reveiws were spot on; the beds were uncomfortably hard, butnwe had space in the rooms. The shower was tiny and not draining properly. Overall was clean, but was not what we were looking for; the advertisement shows rooms and views that are not necessarily the room you'll get. Ie there was balcony when that was the primary pic in the add. The staff who helped us were kind, the cafe outside was small & delightful. Ultimately the room was "fine" and you'll get what you pay for in comparison to other options around the city.

I feel like I can hear everything and everyone in the other rooms talking, and vice versa. I didn’t feel I was getting a lot of privacy as it needed better insulation. It was very cute but I think they could’ve done better with the pictures of the place because I thought I was getting balcony in a different room. It was little confusing in Expedia. Overall, excellent staff, very kind and was clean.

Excellent location, lots of room, clean. Very comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5/5 is the radiator in the master bedroom was very noisy. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.

Hi property was clean and it had a lot of amenities around it. It was in the high end of Rome residential area but the pictures on Expedia are almost fake. It does not represent the real property which is very antique. It is a very old Apartment but very well kempt . You have to be very careful in using equipment because if you damage it some of the equipments are not replaceable And you may lose your deposit handles on the doors are quite loose and if you’re carrying a lot of luggage with you the elevator is very old-fashioned about 60 to 50 years old elevator in which you have to be careful in closing the doors and the fence. It can only take two big bags. You have to make several trips up and down to transfer your luggage but the service manager Sigeo is always available. He’s very helpful. Futon in the property is very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Close to Coloseum, AC was great. Kitchenette nice - lighter didn’t work to light stove, so we ended up not using it. Shower really small but nice. Plenty of hot water. Cool,old building. Shuttle from airport and to port was great extra that we paid for.

We recently stayed (7/20-7/23) at this location in Rome for the first time, drawn by its convenient location (walking distance to the Colosseum). We booked two apartments, #14 and #38, which were about a 5-minute walk apart. Unfortunately, our stay had several issues. When we arrived at 6 pm, we couldn't access apartment #14 due to a faulty door lock. Despite calling multiple phone numbers listed, no one answered, and we were forced to spend the first night in apartment #38. We had a group of 10 people, 5 kids and 5 adults. The kids were stressed, tired, and crying after a long flight, which made the situation even more challenging. A staff member eventually fixed the lock the next day, and we were able to move into apartment #14. However, our stay in apartment #38 also had an issue. On the second day, the boiler broke down, and it wasn't fixed for the remainder of our stay. We were scheduled to stay for 3 nights. The hotel offered a 10% discount for the 2 nights (boiler issues that had no warm water for shower) and a 1-night reimbursement for apartment #14, but the process was cumbersome, and we had to file a claim through Expedia. We were also asked to pay city/local tax, which we were prepared to pay but it was a higher price from what Expedia was showing. Given the short duration of our stay (3 nights) and the numerous issues we encountered, we wouldn't recommend this hotel despite its location. The experience was disappointing, and we wouldn't stay here again.
