Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour :sa proximité des transports et des commercesla possibilité de faire sa cuisine,sur tous ces points nous sommes tres satisfaites,et il y a encore une autre grande satisfaction : les compétences et la gentillesse du personnel tant administratif,que de l'accueil et de l'entretien et aussi un prix très compétitifs. Un seul regret : un trop court séjour.(4jours)

God og rolig beliggenhed i hyggeligt kvarter ved Bayswater. Værelset var meget rent og velduftende, med en ganske udmærket seng, men afsindigt slidt med knækkede fliser lige foran toilettet, toiletsæde der sad løst, slidte trin, gulv, skab og vægge der trængte til maling.

Amazing personnel, all of the three receptionists I came across were exceptional. Very helpful and really made sure our stay was perfect. Couldn’t get my phone to charge and the Malaysian guy at the desk did everything he could to help me and he fixed my problem. I would book this hotel again, no hesitation. Very quiet area for families but also very close to Soho and Piccadilly Circus. A couple of minutes walk to nearest subway station.

We booked this hotel last minute, as the place we originally booked gained some fairly scary reviews that week! Stayed in the basement room, which was clean and surprisingly not too warm in the heatwave. Staff are friendly and attentive. Would absolutely stay again!

便利な場所でコスパ良かった。 猛暑の時期の滞在だったためエアコンや換気のない部屋は少し暑かったが日中に観光するのであればなかった。小さかったが扇風機も用意してあった。 スタッフは24時間滞在しており、とても良い人たちだった。 物価は高いがキッチンがあることで朝食や軽食を大変だった。Airbnbなどの滞在も考えたが

The Hotel is located in a nice area, close to two metro stations (Bayswater and Queensway) and bus stops. Restaurant’s and stores are within walking distance. Can also walk to Kensington Gardens and Portobello Road Market. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, loved the fact that it had a kitchenette. Save money and time making my own breakfast and lunch.

The hotel was in a great location for the festival i was attending and the pri e was fair, the showers area was a bit confined but managable, great walking distance to tons of places to eat and really nice area its quiet and peaceful

For £211 per night I was expecting much better. Rooms were rather worn out: Loose window latches, cheap rattly and mouldy showers, stiff taps. Facilities pretty non existent: no lounge, bar, restaurant, bedside lights. Shower room was tiny, difficult to sit in the toilet due to lack of knee space. Dusty on the kitchen unit and under the bed. Lovely staff, but they didn’t stop the party on the front entrance door step that went on past 3 in the AM. Did change our room the next day.

I was really pleased with this place, as it had everything I needed for a short business trip. A microwave on the room might have been useful, but not a huge issue. The bed was really comfortable. Having friendly staff on reception was definitely a bonus. Location is great with tube and several bus routes close by. Lots of shops to get provisions. However, the street that the hotel is on was extremely quiet.

Value for Money

A hotel in an excellent location for a reasonable price. 2 negative things: thin walls (take earplugs) and hard beds Apart from this it was an awesome base camp to explore the usual London touristy things.
