An amazingly nice hotel!
The hotel was very clean, well lit and close to everything. Staff were very nice and friendly. It has an outdoor dining area, comfortable lobby seating and an outdoor leisure area. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Room was clean and modern. It had a kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and kitchen items like silverware, cups, plates and bowls. The room had a sitting area with couch and ottoman. All the room amenities were fantastic and better than any hotel I have stayed in in the past.
The breakfast was less than stellar - premade reheated breakfast sandwiches. Not impressed.
But outside in the lack of breakfast offerings I would absolutely stay here again. I would just know to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Disappointed with room
Price was raised for the night I stayed because of graduation and it was not worth the price I was charged. The only good thing was I could walk to my destination. Bed was very uncomfortable and it was very noisy. I was charged 500 for a night of discomfort. Will not be returning or recommending to anyoneโฆ.

Horrible
Our bed was hard as a rock and we were on the first floor so you could hear every single sound. Our bathroom was dirty and I didnโt get one wink sleep because of how hard the bed was and how loud it was in the hotel. They charged us $500 because my nephew was graduating in the hotel shouldโve maybe been 120 the bed literally felt like we were sleeping on the floor.

Once again, the art of the customer experience is out the door. Myself and another gentleman waited at the unattended front desk for about ten minutes before someone (pleasant) came to the front.
My room, although it was a well maintained space (maintenance-wise), the room wreaked of urine. By the time I found the source of the smell, there was nobody to come and clean it up on-site any longer. I was promised that someone would come and take care of it by 9am the following morning. I waited until 1030am and it didn't happen. I walked down and the next inattentive person at the front was nonchalant about my followup complaint.
I left and came back a few hours later and the spots were remedied, but the stench still engulfed the room. I asked the maid playing loud, explicit music from her phone that was next door if they had anything to get rid of the odor. She went in and sprayed the room and I sat outside for a bit before going into the room again.

It was close to the concert venue. We couldnโt check in at 3:00 like is posted because they didnโt have rooms ready. There were multiple people waiting on rooms. The room wasnโt cleaned properly. There was hair and buggers in the shower still. There was hair on the sheets and pillows. We ended up checking in at midnight because the room wasnโt ready before the event we were going to.

We showed up to check in and they told us we did not have a room, even though the room had been booked for months. I was told we didnโt have a room because we booked through Expedia and they had to honor their Hilton honors members reservations first. I had confirmations and everything. When I told them I was a Hilton honors member, suddenly I had a room again. Not sure what shady things they were trying to pull but not cool!

Arrived well after check in time and waited along with several other guest aa rooms weren't yet cleaned and available.....missed a planned event due to extensive wait time and once given keys they still didnt work so had to get reprogrammed. Just seemed unusual and not very prepared

Large rooms, very useable space, lots of countertops. Our stay was short so we did not cook, use large refrigerator or dishwasher! Good breakfast provided. Hope to stay in one of the again sometime.
