Incredibly located within all your shopping and dining needs. That is a fact. Trevi fountain amd the Spanish Steps were mere minutes away on foot, Roma Termini within the grasp of a super quick taxi ride. And dont get me started on discribing how charming the actual room was. The chandelier was beyond words. The patio was icing on the cake. Honestly, this accommodation was what Rome emotes. Style, class, and a ton of history.

Contacting property is definitely difficult as they aren’t on property or answer. I did arrive 30 mins early and cleaner was rude as i was trying to come up. I had a hard time opening the door and he got frustrated with me. Push do not pull! In my defense we both might have had language barrier but i really didn’t like that. Once inside i was able to speak to him in a language we both understood and we both warmed up and i felt better. Other than the door, other things to consider are the extremely small elevator. Do not book if you have large luggage or willing to climb 4 flights of stairs. The room its self was clean and i enjoyed the balcony. Location was very nice. I wouldn’t mind staying here again they just need better communication. I appreciated my stay.

Great location for a short break.

Very helpful staff and great location. Plenty of room for 2/3 people and satisfactory air con system during a very hot couple of days in Rome. Bathroom a little tired and shower head could have used some attention.

The area itself is great, but there isn’t a front desk. Instead, you have to call, which is an issue if you’re a foreign traveler. The bathroom itself also wasn’t very clean and had a lot of issues. We felt uncomfortable showering there because of the lack of cleanliness.

Our first stay in Rome and we chose this hotel for location and the good reviews. It was a short walk to most everything we visited in terms of the big attractions and there were many restaurants near by. Our suite was roomy, having a separate eating area, and balcony. Bed was relatively comfortable but comforter was dirty, and the floors weren’t the tidiest so that put us off. Otherwise it was relatively clean. If you are booking, please make sure you call ahead to discuss your arrival and departure times. Gaining access otherwise would be difficult as we did not see anyone after our check in until the day before checkout. In the heat of summer the “cooler” (mini-fridge) didn't cut it for cold drinks and there was no access to ice. Air conditioning was also not up to North American standards. We did feel safe in the area. Would not stay again though.

I like the location of this hotel which is only a few steps away from shops and restaurants and within 10 minutes from Piazza Apollo where the meeting point for most of the guided full-day trips. This place has a great potential due to its location and balcony with great views. However, the place needs some TLC by investing in a detailed cleaning of the rooms. The Expresso machine was dusty; the bathroom is lack of amenities and has some black mold spots in the showers and around the shower doors; you can find dust in the room. The water pressure of the shower head was weak but luckily there was a handheld shower to save the day. Also, drainage in the shower did not work well. You have to pay extra per towel that you want to replaced. Note that you have to take this tiny elevator to the 4th floors where the rooms are located. It’s no big deal and just wanted to point it out for any new comers. The cleaning guy was really nice and kind. The host is only there to check you in and if you need anything or have any questions you can WhatsApp him.

It was ok. I was disappointed when I arrived, elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our bags upstairs 4 floors. Our keys were left under door mat and wifi for our room only worked if you were in the washroom. Not the experience I was expecting. Amazing location though.

It was a beautiful room with two balconies. The air-conditioning kept the room nice and cool on the warm summer days and nights. It was close to many landmarks of Rome such as the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. It was walking distance to the heart of Rome with shopping and restaurants. The owners were very helpful and friendly.

Todo estuvo excelente! El servicio, la limpieza, el buen trato y disposición de nuestro anfitrión, nos permitieron hacer el check-in- antes de tiempo y siempre estuvieron al pendiente de brindarnos todos los servicios, a parte la ubicación está perfecta! Super Lage aber zu teuer, wie vieles in Rom

Unser Zimmer lag in der 5. Etage. Was kein Problem ist, wenn jeder die Innentüren und die Außentür des sehr schmalen Fahrstuhls nach Gebrauch schließt. Ansonsten kann man den Fahrstuhl nicht rufen und muss laufen. Wenn man das Zimmer betritt, ist da als erstes eine Möglichkeit, sich mit einer Nespressomaschine Kaffee zu machen. Meine Frau hat das versucht, jedoch leider nicht geschafft, da sofort Wasser ausgetreten ist, wenn sie den gefüllten Wassertank montierte. Danach kommt ein kleiner Raum mit einem runden Tisch und 4 Stühlen sowie Zugang zu einem hübschen schmalen Balkon mit zwei Sitzgelegenheiten. Das nächste Zimmer ist das Schlafzimmer und Bad zugleich. WC und Bidet sind durch eine Glaswand und Glastür abgetrennt so wie auch die Dusche. Im Raum selbst ist ein Doppelwaschbecken und ein Doppelbett. Die Spülung des WC hat nicht immer funktioniert. Manchmal mussten wir eine halbe Stunde warten und dann kam wieder Wasser. Aus der Dusche kommt auch nicht die Wassermenge, die man sich wünschen würde. Dann steht man eben länger unter der Regendusche. Vielleicht ein Wasserdruckproblem. Das Bett ist bequem und hat eine feste Matratze. Sowohl im Tischzimmer als auch im Schlafzimmer sind Klimaanlagen verbaut, die über Fernbedienungen einstellbar waren. Fazit: das Hotelzimmer hat sicher schon bessere Zeiten erlebt, dennoch haben wir uns hier wohlgefühlt. Der hohe Preis ist sicher der super Lage geschuldet aber aufgrund der Tatsache, daß kein Frühstück inkludiert ist, zu hoch.
