Stayed at Sensimar for 4 nights in early november.
First, I must mention some excellent staff members at Sensimar who provided exceptional service overall. Manager Mathieu was extremely helpful and considerate. I contemplated staying one more day at Sensimar and he immediately provided helpful information and advices. His help was what eventually led me to stay another day at Sensimar which was a good decision.
Manager Randy was very professional and attentive to customer service. I was having an issue with something, he immediately stepped in, took charge of the matter as the manager, carefully listened to my situation and gave me feedback and help, resolving the matter very quickly.
Soe and Zaw at the Pool Bar never failed to smile, always took care of us, provided service in the best manner as possible. We really enjoyed their hospitality.
The hotel is very modern, clean, simple, and well designed. The pool was great, breakfast was solid providing diverse menu, coffee was nice, rooms were well managed with great views and balcony.
The reservation was very helpful and prompt. They replied to my emails within a day meticulously covering all my inquiries thoroughly and generously.
My only criticism is some staff at the check in desk. I gently made a small complaint/request which they received with frowns and since then, these 2 ladies clearly showed signs of not wanting to bother with me, sneering at me while speaking local language among themselves.
