Everything is something missing. Too small and no table at all. No door for bathroom. Street noise and no place too eat nearby. 30 dollars for overnight parking on Mission street. Not chic at all as many small funky boutique hotel. Neither Rooftop bar nor a restaurant has opened yet.
Nice coffee and kind staffs
The room was small and dirty. There was chewing gum on the walls and stains on the brick walls. The help desk was not present check in and not very helpful in addressing concerns.

The hotel is a great located, however, the sheets were ripped up and the building smelled of pee everywhere.

We booked a room for 3. Total floor was below 10 sq. meeters. On top of that the hotel is located in the worst part of SF. Felt unsafe. We left 10 minutes after checking in. Not recommended.

The San Francisco location looked like a derelict building. There was at least one large window that was boarded over. There were several unhoused people either loitering around the entrance or actively laying in the entrance.
I never even got out of the car, just โnopeโd out and drove into the alley around the block that seemed safer than the hotel entrance and called somewhere else. The listing showed parking available - no. Parking exists, but you need to find it yourself, there is no designated space or garage and I wouldnโt have left the rental on that street.
They will not refund me, even though I never checked in. But honestly, Iโd pay the 200 and change to not stay there since it was so off putting from the street.
Maybe the rooms are nice, but I wouldnโt know. Best of luck if you book at SF downtown location - really it should say โMissionโ not downtown, but then no one would book it.

The property is in a odd part of town, Drug addiction seems to be local activity and having to walk to parking garage is an unsafe event, The junkies hit you up for money and then to be aggressive. The hotel itself was fine no complaints.

YOTEL is well situated, despite sketchiness from proximity to Tenderloin outside - particularly at night. Check-in process was automated and efficient. Room was clean, but I would not book the Sky Room configuration again - it's not functional and too easy to hit your head on the ceiling up in sleeping area. Hardly any room to place any bags either. OK for a single night

The location of Yotel San Francisco is strategic and closer to Union Square. The room where we stayed is a corner queen. The room had a wonderful view of the market street with two wide windows and adjustable curtains. There was a nice sofa inside the room plus a table and a small sitting cushion. The decor was compact yet modern with adjustable bed and lights. The complimentary breakfast was adequate for two of us plus coffee/tea was available for the entire day which is absolutely wonderful. All the staffs were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. On the whole it was a great stay at the hotel.
