It was very easy to find the apartment. It was clean, and tidy, and the location was prime. Next to different bus stations, and within walking distance to a lot of famous monuments such as the Vatican & the Trevi Fountain. I would stay there again for sure!

A great location and clean rooms with a very helpful staff member to take care of you (Mauro). While the room did have AC, it was a but ineffective; however it was very warm in Rome at the time (AC could only cool the room to about 25 Celsius or so.

Dear Team of Expedia good day. During my stay when I was making showers just after finishing to washing myself, the smell that was on the shower make me pulling The smell in the shower made me vomit every time I finished showering, in the last case the soap container fell, and when I bent down to pick it up the smell was very strong. The smell of the shower came under the wooden board that separated the floor from the touch of my feet, I immediately got out as a result of the strong smell I smelled. When I lifted the wooden board I saw a shocking sight. Pieces of excrement had probably been lying for some time under the wooden board that separated the floor, and in some areas of the wooden board there was also rot that when I held it my hand got a black stain. I immediately called the manager of the hotel. His answer was that I must not have defecated. And that was the end of the event for him, of course the smell didn't go away in the shower because the wooden board was soaked in both feces and black green. I was very disappointed by the manager's attitude as if nothing had happened and I as a guest was traumatized by the matter.

Located on 4th floor, no elevator, no help. No hot water, no basic courtesies such as soap, just shampoo envelopes and used bottle of liquid soap. No water or glasses in room. No iron. No one ever at desk. Host sent messages in Italian just minutes before check in. Stately contrast with excellent experience I had a similar nearby guest house

Decepcionante

Fue una experiencia decepcionante ya que el establecimiento tiene un valor elevado con respecto a otros alojamientos se Roma y claramente no lo vale. En las noches hay mucho ruido, las habitaciones no tienen un tipo de sistema para avisar que hay alguien dentro, por lo que en dos oportunidades entraron para limpiar y nosotros aún dormíamos. Un día no limpiaron el lugar y solo sacaron la basura, sin cambio de toallas ni aseo en general. Por lo cual no recomiendo este alojamiento. Es mi tercera vez en Roma y es el alojamiento con menor calidad y mayor precio que he tomado. Quería pasar semana santa en un buen lugar y la experiencia no fue buena.

Great room, some details to note.

The location is great. The room with private bathroom and sofa bed in semi infependent space in addition to a queen bed in main space were an absolute bargan at USD ~60 after tax/fees pre city tax. The showers were definitely a well done refurnish. However there's some " feathers"( or some sort of small perticles) on the beddings/blankets of the quern. It won't bo5her me but some will. Its a young man managing his own family property. No physical key, use one password for all three layers of doors. The lift is inside the wall. Guests better put a whatsapp associated mobile number on your booking contact, so the property can send you checkin instructions including the password.

Struttura centrale, nei due giorni che abbiamo soggiornato ci siamo spostati sempre a piedi. Le stanze sono piccole, ma attrezzate, e l'edificio storico in cui si trova è affascinante. Lo staff, presente al mattino, è gentile e disponibile. È presente l'ascensore, anche se un po' nascosto, quindi non fatevi tre piani con le valigie!

Great comfortable stay in amazing neighborhood

We had a great time during our stay - the location was absolutely the best, the room was neat, comfortable and stylish; the yard and the balcony were charming. The only downside I'd say was very thin walls. If your neighbors are decent enough to follow common courtesy protocol, should be fine; ours decided to watch news at 5 am, so that was very annoying as their TV was mounted to the wall our bed head was standing at. Convenient check-in and check out, close to literally everything, best gelateria in Rome is 2 steps away, if you're into it :)

Schöne Zimmer direkt in der Stadt.

Haben von da aus unsere Ausflüge zu Fuß gestartet. Zum Vatikan und colloseum und die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Super Shoppingstraße.sehr schöne Lokale in der Nähe. Eisdiele direkt an der Ecke.schmeckt super lecker
