Everything was good except one employee who were in charge for 1st day.
I understand there is a rule for the hotel. However, even if she verified that I alreday paid for entire my hotel fee and learned it remains only taxes, she rejected to open the main gate for hotel. Yet the card reader machine didn't work for more than 10 minutes. I should have let the car outside just next to the road like that. I suggested to pay in cash but as this is not the hotel policy, she rejected again. It would be better if she took the money as a warranty and when the machine works correctly she can give it back. And for more surprise, I stayed 3 days and 4 nights, main gate was always opened except the day I arrived. So I think she was the problem. I don't know she acted like this because I am not European or she is slow naturally but it wasn't pleasant experiences 😮💨
Other than that, my stays were so good.
