Brilliant location next door to Aldgate station. Nice modern hotel, very clean. All staff that we dealt with were great. Was offered an early check in too which was great as allowed us to freshen up and go explore the city sooner.

Stay was really lovely, went above and beyond for me and my partner. We even got an upgrade. Staff were fantastic. Despite the fire alarm going off at 2am (which is out of their control) i wouldn’t fault the hotel. will 100% stay here again. Thank you to the staff for going above for us.
