Okay stay, blue thing flew over the building?
My significant other and I stayed in the this hotel for 2 evenings. It is a rather new hotel so we knew it was nice. As I checked kn the customer service was not very nice but they could have had a bad day. There is a thermometer on the wall and it seems to be the AC but it is not, the ac is a large nice window unit. The power went out for about 2 hours and we never heard anything but it did end up coming back on. At checkout, we asked about it and the woman said that i blue thing flew through the sky and that’s when the hotels power went out… interesting. She was much nicer than the person that checked me in. Overall is was an okay stay with a couple bumps.

One of the desk associates was not very friendly. Our bathroom door would not close all the way and we were told alot of doors in the building are like that because "the building is leaning." Water pressure in the shower was very low. Breakfasts were great!! Most of the staff were pleasant to work with.

Horrible customer service. I was told the location couldn’t find my reservation and it took 1 hour to check in. Suite not available. I prepaid this reservation for 2 days and was told my reservation was only for 1 day. No manager on duty to assist. The 1st room was very dirty !!!
