The service and comfort of the resort is unmatched. We have done other all-inclusive resorts before but nothing has come close to this. In a way, we've ruined ourselves because now we will hold everything to this standard

Mixed feelings left us this time!
If this hotel considered a 5 stars hotel, then whatโs Four Seasons Wouod be or Ritz Carlton ?I usually stay at 5 stars hotel, but this one I would rate 3.75 star on quality, price per night yes indeed they charge as 5 stars-$1100 per night reg room to be clear, which is ridicules , but quality and how updated this property definitely not. Service is on go go, not much personal touch. My rooms hot water shower besides pressure was practically to zero. Rooms are clean , but definitely needs renovation. Butler with glasses ( floor 11) morning one was obnoxious and short . Spa stuff trying to get you in and out turn , as chicken factory. All of them were late and quality sucks. Even with credit felt like you were ripped off. It was our third time, but hooding over years they improve. Roberto please train your stuff for better customer service .

Leblanc was the absolute best experience Iโve ever had at an all-inclusive resort. The food is amazing and the Butler service is incredible. Ricardo and Kelly were such amazing butlers, so attentive and nice. We cannot wait to come back.

Had a wonderful experience at Le Blanc. However, it was marred by a billing issue that is still unresolved. I paid the deposit on one of my credit cards, but used a different one at check in. Front desk informed me I had no choice but to pay the entire bill on the card I had with me and that I would receive a credit for the deposit on my initial card. Not a big deal - unless you never receive the credit. Le Blanc says it is an Expedia issue and they cannot help me. I have been dealing with Expedia but only receive return messages from what appears to be a chat bot. Itโs been over two weeks and credit has not been received. The credit is for over $1,000 so not a small sum of money.
