Amazing

Honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough, it was absolutely amazing. Staff were super friendly and helpful, facilities were gorgeous and the breakfasts were restaurant quality. Can't wait to come back.

Lovely hotel… our room was lovely but the only thing which was a little disappointing was that it had no exterior windows so you felt as if you were in a cave, but was the only one left when we booked, the breakfasts were delicious, savoury and sweet and really healthy and the roof terrace also a lovely place to relax

Wonderful boutique hotel.in a perfect location in Las Palmas old town of Vegueta. Gret rooms, decor and rooftop terrace. Amazing view from pool. Breakfast included was just incredible. Friendly and helpful staff. Will be back!

We stayed for 6 nights and had an amazing stay. Fabulous location and room was tastefully decorated with a modern large walk in shower staff really helpful and we loved the roof terrace and the honesty bar. Although hotel next to the cathedral it was peaceful surrounded by good bars and restaurants. Cost on average 7 euros to get a taxi to the sandy beach with again a lovely promenade and restaurants and lots going on - definitely recommend this surpasses all expectations and lived up to previous reviews

Beautifully renovated small boutique hotel. We received a warm welcome and were given recommendations for local bars and restaurants. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the roof top dining area was a lovely place to enjoy some very enjoyable freshly cooked food for breakfast, The pool area is small but fine for a dip to cool down and is handily located next to an honesty bar with crisp cold Chardonnay chilling in the fridge. We cannot find fault with this well run establishment

Nice boutique hotel, need a clear description

Very nice hotel, its well located in the historic part of the center. Staff ware friendly and service minded. Definitely the best rooftop in the area and the breakfast was super tasty! The only thing we ware disappointed about is the fact that in the Hotels.com advertisement, it does not say that they have windowless rooms. Our friends that stayed one night in the hotel did not have a window outside at all. Me and my partner who had another room, (staying 4 nights) only had one small window to the outside, which was facing the backside wall of another building - so we did not get much light to the room. There was one bigger window in the room also, but this was only to the inside hallway of the hotel. We spoke with the hotel about this and they said the hotel was full. So they could not accommodate our wish to have a window. I think the hotel should be more clear about the window situation on its Hotels.com website as it’s a bit misleading currently. We had a great stay anyways!

Cute hotel in historic part of Las Palmas

Nicely decorated hotel, in a traditional building with very cool rooftop (including a small swimming pool). The hotel also provides free pool towels. Most of the rooms don’t have external facing windows but rather the windows open onto an internal patio. Nice a la carte 2 course breakfast served on the rooftop. They also accommodated our vegetarian requests with no issues. Comfortable beds and pillows. Located in a historic part of town with many restaurants and shops around but the hotel itself is silent. Staff were helpful and friendly. They even lent us a beach umbrella for a day. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking but has an arrangement with Vegueta Parking (5 mins away) so that you can park there for €12 per day. So parking is not free but it’s discounted. One hiccup was that the room we were originally offered (room 4) smelled damp. When we pointed this out, the staff moved us to a new room and acknowledged that this is sometimes an issue. The air conditioning did not function properly and seemed to be unable to cool below 22C. We were OK as it was not very hot when we were there but if a very cool room is important to you, check with the hotel first.

Super hotel med dejlig atmosfære. Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden byder på gode valgmuligheder. Friske råvarer. Værelserne er simple og moderne. Tagterrassen er fantastisk! Og så er der lokationen, som også er super i det stille og rolige historiske kvarter, Vegueta, med et godt udvalg af restauranter med mere. Det var vores tredje besøg på Veintiuno - og vi vender tilbage!

Situation exceptionnelle en plein centre historique, avec une petite piscine sur le roof top. Petit déjeuner extra. Merci à Manuel qui nous a surclassé. Point d'attention : contacter l'hôtel avant l'arrivée pour avoir les consignes de stationnement, l'hôtel n'est pas accessible en voiture (parking très proche)

Gem of a hotel with fabulous breakfast!

This hotel in the old town is an absolute gem. The staff were fabulous, the rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable, and the breakfast was some of the best food we’d ever had. An absolute must stay for those travelling without kids. Be careful of the gorgeous rooftop pool & honesty bar though, it’ll wow you so much you won’t want to leave!

A lovely hotel in a great location walkable to all areas of the city. Amazing service from all the staff and nice roof top with pool and honesty bar. Only small downfall is that there are no safes in the rooms to store personal items such as passports

Wonderful small hotel

This small boutique hotel is very lovely, quiet, unique and cozy. This felt little bit like home away from home. Staff is great - so friendly and helpful!! It’s in the heart of old town and location is great, unless you want a beach holiday but Las Canteras beach is only 7-8€ taxi trip away. Rooms are nice and they have respected old features when renovating the hotel, beds are huge and comfy. AC very efficient. I think all rooms are unique and we had room 13. Rooftop terrace was really nice place to relax and sunbathe and there is well stocked honesty bar. In rooms some furniture were not same standard as building/renovation and fridge in the room would be nice. Breakfast was great . Parking was offered in near by parking house and it was handy and easy to use.

Lovely stay overall. Great location in the old town. Rooftop with bar was best feature. Rooms were fine but mine was noisy: street noise, reception, creaking floorboards from room above. I could have also done with a safe in the room. Despite these points I had a great time in Las Palmas.

Excellent customer service

Customer focused and peaceful boutique stay in a quiet street. 2 minute walk to numerous bars and restaurants, quaint coffee shops. The central bus station is 10 minutes away where you can explore the island with ease. Perfect for a short city trip to explore the history of the area
